Trend Micro antivirus software, comprehensive antivirus program with excellent web protection , offers very good protection , easy to install , and good performance.

The downside is thhe 11" screen We wanted the 14" but the sale expired, so we wound up the 11.6" .. as it turns out the wife likes the size. I bought it through the Geek Sq website, since I had been dealing with them on another issue ... b ut they don't know what includec. Office 365 was includec but they did not know this and I bought a subscription to Officed 365. Now I cannot reuturn it .. I am out $50.

Have used Trend Micro - Maximum Security for years. It catches all the viruses, worms, etc. You can cover 5 Devices, computers, phones, Lap Tops, and other types of media. This is the best Security System that I have ever used. Buy it for you different Media needs, keep your computers, phones, pads, and lap tops safe.

Love that i only have one charge for 5 devices. Love the report every month to let me know if there’s a problem.

Well its trend micro. The best security you can get. Ive used many times through out the years. Simple to setup and at the price point is well worth it

There was a little problem getting the program to download, but Trend Tech did not quit until he succeeded. No problems now. We are dedicated Customer to Trend.

I like how it doesn't slow your computer down that it's noticeable, also I like the features it comes with such as file scan, full scan, etc. I also find the feauture with the browser extension that it comes with, like an ad-block. Works well even bypasses the sites that prevent you from accesing it without having to disable ad-block. I would recommend this product.

I have no problem with using the software, but it took me almost one month and over a dozen calls and online chattings to get the download link. For some unknown reason, the link in my digital library for this product does not work. I called the customer service, and got transferred back and forth between the Geek Squad and Digital Downloads department. Finally, one guy knows what he is doing and sent me the right link for the installation file.

Very easy to install.....downloads quickly!!!!!!!!

Bought this to replace the bundled Trend product that came with my new laptop last summer. Other than needing some assistance to get the correct link to download the software from Best Buy, everything worked great! The software gives good protection and was on a good sale to make it a great value!

Went with the online download order. Sale price was the same as on manufacturer website. However, the manufacturer tries to lock consumers into a auto renewal contract without any other purchase options. That is not something I feel comfortable with. I will buy directly with Best Buy.

I am so glad I found Trend Micro a couple years ago. It is the best security and antivirus I have found. It does not slow down my computer!

I have been buying trend micro for years & it has never failed us. Now, with digital download, it’s made it easier for us to stay protected since the stores are closed. Great product! I would definitely recommend.

Trend Micro is a very good product. It checks for viruses and completes the security checks as expected. I really like it and it's a product at a good price.

The security software seems to do it's job well, I just wish when there's nothing wrong that it would do it's job in the background. I went and changed the setting to where it's supposed to only alert me when something is wrong but I still get a pop up every time it performs a scan and again when it finishes. This happens daily. Kind of annoying when trying to get a lot of work done.
