Great Customer Service Techs came In met my needs in TV Mounting and positioning and setting TV up

Try to install my 86 inch TV with a friend, did not turn out too well. With the Best Buy Protection I was able to replace the new tv and have BB install. Looks great and I have the piece of mind knowing it was done right.

All agents that arrived were courteous and pleasant. They installed everything extremely quick and safely. Even the trainee was awesome. Kudos to them!

When the agents arrived, they were unaware that I wanted the lines behind the wall. However, they said it wouldn’t be a problem and the would be able to do the job. All was going well until the cables wouldn’t feed thru the insulation. They worked VERY hard and they eventually finished the job. I can’t thank them enough for all they did.

The Geek Squad came to our office and hung an LG - 86” Class UP8770 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV in our Board Room. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They had the TV on the wall in a very short period of time. Job well done!

Great job mounting my t.v. Made the extra effort to run the cables through the wall and put in a cable manager I had without charging more. This service came with my purchase so it was awesome!

We hired Geek Squad to come to our home to install a 46" TV connect wall mount for us, so our TV is safely mounted to the wall. The technician Malachi came out and did an exceptional job. She is a professional, friendly, productive individual who made sure that the area she worked was cleaned up afterwards. We were very impressed with Malachi work and hope that she receives the a commendation for the great service she provided us. We would definitely use Geek Squad again.

The agents really took the time to make sure it was in the perfect location and treated my home with respect. They made sure to keep it clean and cleaned up everything after. They also took the time to make sure I understood the TV options and setup.

The Geek Squad did a very professional installation for wall mounting my 85 inch Hisense U8K TV and soundbar. Set up was awesome.

Great and quick service they took about 20 mins to set up everything . Mr. Jason and the partner who came along with him were very great people at explaining everything and give recommendations they also did a great job at putting my TV up. Totally price reasonable and recommended!

What a great experience! The guys cam in mounted the tv and helped by programming and explaining all the features. Great service and I am so happy I am a Total Tech member. It’s well worth it

We had a little misunderstanding on where it as supposed to be mounted but because they made it right I'm giving them 5 stars.

The home delivery team was amazing. They not only securely hung my expensive purchase, but they made sure the operating system was up to date and all my other consoles, computer and dvd player were connected and working. Even went above and beyond to ensure my sound system worked with the new tv. Outstanding

He communicated his arrival well and arrived within the estimated time. He got the tv installed quickly and answered any questions I had.

I purchased the top of the line tcl q58 98 inch tv after asking the techs at Best Buy what they recommend and tcl was not what they recommended for sports the picture was shuttled so I took it back with no problem I bought the Samsung they did recommend and now I’m a happy viewer the service and installation was excellent great service

Great pair of Greek Squad agents! Courteous, efficient, friendly and they left no mess even drilling through sheet rock. I considered doing the job myself but I'm glad I didn't. It's not that easy to do especially when these agents know the tricks of the trade. They were awesome.
