The two delivery guys were great! They removed my old tv and mount and did a great job centering the new 75” tv and mount to the studs for proper installation.

We have utilized Best Buy to hang four tvs ranging in size from 55 to 75 inches. All services have been performed by courteous Geek Squad techs and in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and purchase the Geek Squad yearly membership. What's included will save you hundreds off various installation projects. We will continue to use Geek Squad for all our technical installation needs.

The two gentlemen that mounted our tv were wonderful. They were neat (wore protection over their shoes and cleaned everything up) and helpful (showed us how to use the television and answered all our questions). In addition, they did it with a smile and pleasant attitude.

2 Geek Squad Pro's showed up. Attached special bootie's before entering home. Removed old Samsung and bracket Added new Bracket and TV Plugged all HDMI into new Tv Installation went fast and without any problems. The Geek squad installed my replacement 86-inch tv. After a self-home installation with my first 86-inch tv I know the task was to much for me. The crew arrived on time and the two technicians decided that they needed a third person and they put out the request and within an hour the additional help arrived and with swift order mounted the new tv on the wall above the fireplace. In addition they installed a new sound system to go with tv and then did all the setup and explanation on how to use the new equipment. I was very happy with the timeliness, the professionalism and knowledge to make this a satisfying experience. Thank you for a job well done.

The Geek squad members sent out for our service were great- very knowledgeable and efficient! They did a great job setting up and answering our questions. We bought the Best Buy Totaltech plan at the same time we bought our new television and it was certainly well worth the price.

The Geek Squad Totaltech service was amazing. They were very professional in mounting the 70” TV to the wall. We had also purchased the wrong outlet and they had a spare on the truck for us to buy thereby saving us time. They were also friendly and careful with our belongings.

Installation of my new TV involved multiple work orders as the first one received was defected. The replacement process got quite complicated. The Geek team Michael C and Adam went out of their way to resolve the logistics mishap caused by the delayed delivery of the replacement. Michael stayed in touch, checked back, answered my text, and returned with Adam to complete the work, saving me from another work order and waiting for another three weeks! Their customer service is exemplary.

The team was very efficient and knowledgeable. I had a preexisting TV mont and all they had to do is install it on the mont and they would have been done. In stead they took the time to ask questions to make sure the location of the current mount would be goid for my needs. Instead of taking the easy wayout they took the I want to make we the customer is satisfied route. That's REFRESHING these day.

Chris, the Geek Squad Technician and his assistant were most professional and answered all questions fully. They advised me as to what they were doing each step of the installation. They placed the TV at the height and centered as I requested. They also mounted the TV to the wall and connected my VHS/CD unit and my security camera box to the TV. They tested all connections to ensure they were functioning. They were exceptional in every aspect of their job performance and dealing with my questions.

The Geek guys are awesome. They are very careful. Aware of surroubdibgs. Wear booties to keep floors clean. Very polite. Know what thry are doing and efficient. Clean up before leaving.

The Geek Squad folks that installed my TV did an excellent job very efficient. and cleaned up everything and made sure it was working and I understood it.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV and pairing my sound bar to sub-woofer!!

I needed someone to complete an entire upgrade for my mother's wall-mount TV--remove the TV, remove and replace the wallmount, remove the previous wire wall covers, and replace new wall covers over the new wires. The install team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, carried spare parts that were needed to adapt the setup, and left everything clean and seamless.

I wanted my tv done right so I paid for the service of the Geek squad to mount and install my tv. It was done professionally and quickly and they also set up my sound bar. It was a Sony 75 inch 900. Looks great. They were neat and informative. Excellent for a single female like me. I am truly happy with my Best Buy purchase and service.
