Guys were great, fast and efficient!! Installed the bracket and T.V. then helped with my WIFI set up...Fantastic!

Loved the service from the moment they came in my apartment. It was a rainy day and before they came in they put on these covers on their shoes which I appreciated (y’all think about everything). Nice and respectful gentleman. I think it didn’t even take them 15 minutes to mount my 75” TV. Very satisfied with the service and results.

These guys were so fantastic, they did exactly what I wanted and even came back and did it again when my Wife told me I was wrong, I do appreciate these guys alot for making my life better.

This service is well worth the money if you are installing your TV on the wall. Scheduling was easy & reliable. They brought all the tools to properly mount the TV & removed all the boxes. What a breeze!

The agents mounted my tv properly and quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the surprise charge I got after installing the tv on top of my fire place which already had tv equipment from previous tv. They said they have to charge me additional fireplace fee anyway.

The young man was professional and knowledgeable in everything he said and done. Cleaned up from the box to the drilling for the mounting of the television. He also made sure the television was ready to view.

I purchased my tv on August 10. It was delivered 13 days later. I was scheduled for installation 5 times. No one ever showed up nor did they call. So I canceled the purchase and they scheduled it for pickup. We were very disappointed that e didn’t get to keep the tv. However, on August 29, the pick up tv day a very nice man named Jeff Magallanes showed up to retrieve the tv and bracket. He asked me why we were returning it. When I told him about all the no show installs and reschedules he asked if we still wanted the tv. I said we did but it’s of no use to us sitting in a box for 19 days and a future install sometime in September, a month after purchase!! This guy, Jeff, said he would install it NOW if we really wanted to keep it. Of course I said YES, so he called his supervisor and told him what was going on. The supervisor agreed that we had waited too long and gave Jeff the go ahead to install it. Jeff did a wonderful job and saved our tv. He saved Best Buy a sale of nearly $1000. Jeff is a great asset to Best Buy and should get a raise for what he did for this family. THANK YOU JEFF!!❤️

Amazing service! Had a bad experience with a 3rd party installer a couple of months earlier through Best Buy and almost stopped buying from them. Ask for the their own folks to set ya up and you can’t go wrong. The guys were so helpful and patient and they made me a Best Buy fan again!

Very quick and professional service. My installer was extremely knowledgeable and considerate to my needs. My TV bracket installation required someone skilled due to the very limited space, and the job was done flawlessly. He also used boot covers to work inside my house. That was appreciated.

The Mountain service was amazing the guys was extremely helpful they were a third-party company but work Great they came up with great ideas to help me put my TV on the wall and was very understanding they did outlines of the TV before they mounted on the wall I was totally satisfied with the work that they provided.

Samsung no longer supports the no gap mount for their premier 4K tv. So, I sent that back and got a very low profile mount. The Geek Squad showed up, removed the drywall to recess mount the mount and installed my TV. There is < .4 inch gap between wall and TV. It looks like artwork. Can't wait till they recess mount my speakers, which are on their way from England and will be here soon. These guys are awesome!

I only needed one man to install my TV wall mount, and he, even alone, did a fast and thorough job. When I go to adjust the angle, the whole thing feels safe, sturdy and strong. The Geek Squad guy was really nice, kind, helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and did a great job!

Was moving a 55in from my living to bedroom. Geek squad came and worked quickly and efficiently. They also called and let me know the time they would be arriving. Would recommend this service
