Ryan came out to mount our new TV, and did an amazing job. It looks fantastic and was done very quickly. He consulted with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with the end result. I hesitated to spend the extra money for the installation service, but it was worth every penny.

We purchased a new TV and sound bar and had geek squad do the mounting. They took extra care to hide all the wires and even mounted shelves purchased from a 3rd party. They made sure all 4 of our devices were hooked up to the TV and working. While in our home they were friendly and professional. Will definitely use again.

I wasn’t home but my son said they worked fast, and efficiently in installing and hanging up my 65” tv. After that they cleaned up the mess and took away the broken tv. Thank you very much.

The Geek Squad did a very professional installation for wall mounting my 85 inch Hisense U8K TV and soundbar. Set up was awesome.

Very on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Easy to work with and explained setup includeing call back days later to see if we had any questions. Offered to help even later if further questions came up. Both reps had experience in setting up both the LG 95NANO90UNA TV and Whalen Console BBXL54NV.

Geek Squad crew was very professional and helped us decide where and how to mount our TV for not only best performance but also saved us money on our TV service provider bill. They not only did a good job but helped make sure our new equipment was fully operational and showed us what we needed to do to access our system.

Nick and his partner were awesome. They did a great did with delivering and hanging my TV. And also sending a Best Buy rep to my house within hours to discuss my surround sound options and packages. All team members practiced safety with mask and shoe covers. I would certainly recommend the Geeks for service!

Try to install my 86 inch TV with a friend, did not turn out too well. With the Best Buy Protection I was able to replace the new tv and have BB install. Looks great and I have the piece of mind knowing it was done right.

Great job mounting my t.v. Made the extra effort to run the cables through the wall and put in a cable manager I had without charging more. This service came with my purchase so it was awesome!

We had a little misunderstanding on where it as supposed to be mounted but because they made it right I'm giving them 5 stars.

Techs Al and James delivered and set up my lg tv. They couldnt have been more professional while at the same time very friendly and informative. Although my purchase is a teriffic addition to our home, meeting and dealing with Al & James was actually the high point. Way to go Best Buy, great guys!!

We hired Geek Squad to come to our home to install a 46" TV connect wall mount for us, so our TV is safely mounted to the wall. The technician Malachi came out and did an exceptional job. She is a professional, friendly, productive individual who made sure that the area she worked was cleaned up afterwards. We were very impressed with Malachi work and hope that she receives the a commendation for the great service she provided us. We would definitely use Geek Squad again.

The Geek Squad came to our office and hung an LG - 86” Class UP8770 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV in our Board Room. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They had the TV on the wall in a very short period of time. Job well done!

Although it was my boyfriend and brother who installed the mount and not myself, I would say it looked fairly easy for them to do. They had the TV mounted within 20 minutes. This mount is great because it allows you to move the TV from left to right, as well as up and down, depending on how you want the TV positioned.

First off, props go out to the guys that installed the tv mount, In wall power kit and 85” Sony TV. They told us exactly when they would be here. They measured for exact fit on our wall Without making a mess and setup the unit to work with our existing remotes. Professional service was truly their mantra. Looks great guys! Thanks!

What a great experience! The guys cam in mounted the tv and helped by programming and explaining all the features. Great service and I am so happy I am a Total Tech member. It’s well worth it
