This was an installation for a church. The team was fantastic. They arrived on time and mounted the TV's exactly as I wanted--12 feet off the floor, mind you! The team even went above and beyond and helped me troubleshoot a cabling issue. I couldn't have been happier with their performance.

Great valve. It’s worth being a total tech member. You get install for free/delivery as you’re already paying for the membership. Great perk! T.v looks great mounted to the wall. All my guests love it.

A little bit on the expensive side considering that I had a 40” mounted last year. But overall they are knowledgeable, arrived for my appointment time promptly, and had my tv mounted within an hr.

They Installed my 85 inch sony tv and sound surround quite easily, but wished they have left no wires between the tv and the sound bar visible. They put a plastic cover to hide it but wished that it be more clean and aesthetic if it was hidden also. But overall it was good, they even helped me with setting up my other sound bar in the loft which was not part of their job work order that day.

Agents mounted tv to the wall hooked up all peripherals and instructed me on how to use. Even helped with applications!

The two agents mounted my TV and all the accessories. Made sure the TV operated properly and answered all my questions.

I put a request to mount our TV weeks ahead of time. When the day came to finally mount our 85 inch TV, the company Best Buy worked with refused to mount it since they only had one worker, they said they’d call me back to reschedule and never did. So I called after day three of waiting and Best Buy says they can’t get anyone else out for another 2.5 weeks. The day finally arrived to mount our TV again. The same guy I had talked to about our previous shows up again ALONE! This was the same reason they rescheduled on us last time. We wait over an hour for someone to arrive to help him mount the TV. When they turn it on, a huge crack is revealed in the screen. When I ask them what happened, they shrug their shoulders and say there is nothing they can do. I’ve called Best Buy five separate times since the failed installation and get a different answer each time about my replacement TV. They now say it is out of stock and have no answer about when my new TV will arrive. So am I waiting weeks? Months? No TV.. just waiting for this company to get their act together? Horrible customer service. I do NOT recommend.

The Geek team were on time, friendly, abide your safety protocols and explained the set-up thoroughly. I would ask for the same team for my next big purchase.

Our installers were two of the nicest and most patient and understanding guys. They knew everything about their jobs and made a swap out a very raft oricess.

Both Geek Squad technicians were very friendly and customer oriented. They worked very carefully installing a new 55" TV above our family room fireplace and setup the TV with easy-to-follow personal instructions. After installation and setup, they carefully cleaned-up and packaging and debris and let our home absolutely clean. I was totally satisfied with their work.

The installation was done very well. Ben and Team were very helpful and made sure that Installation was a success despite a few roadblocks.

The geek Squad agents connected my Samsung 55" TV and sound bar and answered all my questions.

Agents from geek squad mounted my 77" tv and routed wires in wall for a nice clean look ! They connected everthing to wifi ( including my sound bar ) and were done in 1 hr or less

The two gentlemen who came to our how were knowledgeable in regard to where the T V should be placed. They worked efficiently and were done in under twenty minutes. We valued their hard work and professionalism.
