We had a great experience using Greek Squad . They gave us a window of arrival time .Showing up within that window and communicating along the way. After setup , they showed us all the features of our new purchase.

The agents came in prepared the equipment and installed my tv and mount. Very professional and fast. Made sure I understood the equipment before they left. Left the area clean and took all trash with them.

I bought a Roku TV for the master bedroom and already had a wall mount installed. However, I knew I would need help setting up the TV after installation. Aaron from the Geek Squad came out and did an exceptional job of installing the TV, setting it up and showing me the features.

The gentlemen who set up the tv mounting were very nice and didn’t take long to set up. Plus it was pretty cheap! Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad for making this so easy to order the installation online and take less than an hour to do the tv mounting.

These guys were great!! They figured out some minor issues coming from the way my wall was built. With an added shelf, every thing looked and works great!!

I had three televisions mounted to my walls. None of the televisions has any cable protruding from behind them. The process was done pretty quickly seeing as they cut holes in the wall to feed the cables through. They even hooked up my other gaming systems. Very professional, high-quality finish.

The two agents that installed my TV, wall mount, surround sound bar & mount were amazing!! They were very informative, professional but friendly!! I would highly recommend to everyone. I have them coming back for additional work!!!!

The guys showed earlier than they had predicted. They had the wall mount installed, tv and sound bar in just over an hour including going over operating all. They were quick, efficient knowledgeable and very professional.

I had the techs install a mantlle mount above my fireplace and they did a great job. They were very respectful and the communication was excellent.

The Agent showed up on time, mounted the Television to the wall mount that he mounted to the wall. Excellent job. Agent made aure we had no questions about operations of the television.

They did an excellent job, but since I did not have my sound system yet, they did not know how much space to leave between the bottom of the screen and the top of my fireplace. Now the sound bar covers up part of my screen. I have not talked to them about this yet. I did tell them that I was buying a sound bar.

The geek squad guys were exceptional! They went above and beyond to make the wall mount set up seamless.

The agents mounted my tv & connected my blueray & made sure I knew how to operate controls & move tv mount properly. They did all that quickly & efficiently & were very helpful with everything.

They mounted 5 TVs (one was a frame tv). Arrived on time, communicated perfectly, and were super helpful. Everything was perfect!
