The agents were amazing. They walked me through the process and asked questions to make sure I was happy with the placement of my television . They helped with the setup and everything. It was a wonderful experience. I’m planning on requesting the same team for my next install.

Geek squad came on time and mounted the TV up no problem. They were up front with what is included. Be aware that Best Buy has now added different levels of installation. Try to hand the guys a tip and they refused as they are not allowed to receive tips.

The young gentleman who installed my TV/audio set up was great and extremely professional. It took a little longer than it should have but that wasn't his fault. The store did not give him one of the items so he had to go back to get it.

The agents were awesome and mounted an 83 inch tv with no issues! No damage to the wall, clean cut install. Literally no issues, very happy.

These guys unpacked the 83” tv, installed the mount, installed the tv and sound bar, and set up the controls and cable. Then they cleaned up everything, put the furniture back and took all the packaging away. They also explained how it all worked. Courteous, friendly, fast, knowledgeable and would highly recommend them. If you are getting a large, thin, heavy tv, it’s worth the cost to have it installed.

The techs did a great job with the TV Mount. I would give them 5 starts if it wasn't for them reconnecting my electrical/cable plate back to the wall after running an addiotnal cable.

Just built a new house with a large room with a bar, purchased three TV's for that room. Used Best Buy to have TV's mounted. Guys came on a Saturday and hung all three, excellent work

If you’re on the fence, trust me… Total Tech is worth the money!!!! Do not second guess the decision to get this service, it will save you unnecessary headaches and money! These techs are professional, knowledgeable, work quickly, clean up after themselves, are always on time, and the list goes on! When a neighbor told me what he paid someone to hang just one TV, I realized that was less than the price I paid for a service that includes one year of services and deep discounts for more difficult or custom jobs!
