My two service agents mounted my tv and connected accessories. They talked me through the ins and outs of my new tv. Very professional and pleasant. Couldn’t have been happier.

TV mount is working well. Doing the job and seems sturdy. Geek Squad techs were so thorough and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job.

I had my 55 inch TV mounted in my bedroom. The Geek Squad installer checked in the day before and let me know the plans for installation and what time he would be here. He arrived on time and the installation was flawless. Very much recommend!!

Create more space in a room a plus. Its definitely was a great service. They were professional and quick service and good quality. No majors damaged to wall. Feek Squad was cool and I really like being a total tech member.

Came in by appointment time or less, actually, was in & out in half hour changing out old tv from existing wall mount, and tied off all the cables & boxes out of sight- bought them lunch - lol, great job guys

Geek squad agents showed up promptly at the appointed time. They were creative working around pre-installed outlets to mount an 85” tv securely to wall. Agents were prepared with spacers and all normal equipment. Very inpressed.

TV was installed above fireplace in no time at all by two very nice, well mannered, knowledgeable young men. These two guys are definitely an asset to Best Buy!!!!!! They not only installed the tv, but hooked up the RoKu for me as well and walked me through it.

I used this TV while I was waiting for my replacement for a broken one and it was great. It's going in a camper so really can't say anything more at this point.

The guys were professional and efficient. Lead technician showed me how to do the streaming. I would have never been able to set the TV up without them.

The Geek squad techs carefully unloaded TV & soundbar. Then installed both items & HDMI cables properly. Synchronized all electronics to satelite cable.
