My project was to mount a 77" LG OLED CX TV to the wall and install two additional Klipsch ceiling speakers to upgrade to Dolby Atmos 5.1.4. I give installers Ronnie and Zack 5 of 5 stars for their professional service and their creative solution when they ran into obstacles inside the wall mounting my TV. I give my in home consultant Nate 3 stars. He was very knowledgeable and professional, but he did not tell me that running the wires for my TV through the wall was not included in the price. I provided the wire kit to the installers. Why would I mount a $3,000 TV to the wall and have exposed wires? After much discussion, the extra $50 fee was waived. I would definitely use their services again.

No, we attempted to mount TV ourselves. The delivery truck swapped the 3 Insigna TV's for the 2 Samsung. Delivery 3RD property said Geek Squad would arrive soon to mount. They never arrived after swap. We are not mounting experts, therefore our attempt is to low. I had to figure out before guest arrived how to set up wi fi to new Eero. I spent 2 hours doing it while everyone who arriced was waiting on me not cool

I was very impressed with the the two men that installed my tv. They were very professional and did an excellent job on the installation.

Quick setup, but was really no more than plug and play. They used to spend time walking through menus and adjusting settings for optimal performance but now just unpack, attach cables, and be sure there is power.

The gentleman was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He measured and centered the tv perfectly. He cleaned the area afterwards.

The installation of my TV Wall Mount was not only efficient but also quick. She took great care with my flat screen and truly wanted me to be happy with it's placement. She was proficient with the equipment and even applied updates to my TV AND reprogramed my remote so I only had to utilize one. After all was installed, she cleaned up beautifully. Worth the money

The TV and the mount are older models. The space Where I won’t the tv mounted was along side the window and in the corner of the room. So it turned into a job well done!!!!

The Geek Squad did an outstanding job of installing our 85 OLED Samsung TV. They left enough space for our soundbar and spaced it perfectly between the mantle and the ceiling. We were able to watch the Tornados trek across Omaha in greater detail.

The agents mounted my TV on the wall, quickly and safely!

The agents did a good job of replacing my existing mount: then they adjusted the new TV so that glare was minimal from my windows and lamp. This mount can be tilted lower and higher and also tilts left - which cuts back drastically on window glare during the day. My lamp used to reflect onto my TV screen and no longer have that distraction. When others watch with me, they are able to enjoy with much less screen glare. I would recommend this mount for its abilities to dodge glare to a great extent.

The Geek Squad is the best. Mounted my TV in a jiffy, moved the mount to make me happy. Setup the TV flawlessly. Just the best!
