They did a great job installing our TV. Very safe practices during COVID. They should have sent 2 people. Impossible for one to hang himself. We had to assist.

Geek Squad delivered my TV, mounted it, connected my devices, showed me how to use my remote, helped me get the color, brightness and sound I desired and even helped me with an old iPod I was having trouble with. (Not in their job description) : ) They were on time, very friendly, respectful and took care of everything I needed. It was worth the money to not have to worry about everything.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of an 85 inch TV with a sound bar installation. The installation was a nightmare as the TV was crooked and the sound bar was not properly mounted nor the remote worked. The picture quality is great but the crooked installation ruins the viewing experience. The service quality is also subpar, after many holes drilled in my new walls and I expected better from geek Squad agents. Overall, the installation experience and mediocre customer service quality has left me feeling disappointed with my purchase.

TV was mounted beautifully and efficiently, and the agent communicated well every step of the way.

All I gave to say is that the installation of the Samsung TV was Perfect, the guys were professionals.

The gentlemen disconnected old tv, mounted new tv as well connecting DVD player and DVR. Both of the gentlemen were professional as well as friendly.

The Geek Squad home theater techs assigned were phenomenal! I can’t thank them enough for all their help! It was a setup and they were were extremely professional. They were precise with measurements, cord running and drilling. Sincerely appreciate them cleaning up all the dust after the cutting into the wood panel was required

I used the Best Buy Geek Squad service to install my Frame TV. There were a few glitches relating to my walls (plaster) and some electrical placement. The technician bent over backwards to get my TV installed and i could not be more pleased. A great experience!

I totally recommend getting the Geek squad mounting service. I have 3 large TV's mounted already from sizes 65 inch to 75 inch. I loved having them deliver, mount, and program each.

The gentlemen were very professional and courteous. Explained how to use equipment and answered all of my questions. Cleaned up after they finished. Highly recommend!

I should have looked at the work better, but when you pay for “professional service” you expect professional service. That’s not the case anymore, I’ve been wanting to install my soundbar and decided to see where the tv mount lag screws were at, that’s when I noticed the very “professional” install. It me of the bolts is not mounted flush not even close like an inch worth of lag screw hanging out and the bolt above it seems like it’s being dragged down by the weight, do not hire these people. This install is absolute garbage. To think I was eventually going to hire them to mount my sound bar and install the outlet behind the wall to hide all the cables but with garbage install I don’t think so. The fact we were having a conversation and they acted friendly towards me, to turn around and leave knowing that’s the garbage work you left behind for a paying customer.
