The best thing I did was call the geek squad to mount my tv in my daughter's bedroom.. was upstairs & perfect timing within one day came out..They are professional & polite & fast..Geek squad!

My technician mounted my TV and sound bar, and also set up my sound bar. He did a wonderful job! The sound bar mounting also somehow didn't make onto the service and he did it, and called and added it on for me no problem! Made it all so easy! Thanks also to Travis(salsa) for recommending this day for service!

Geek Squad hung my TV in a vacation home and sent me photos to confirm (I had a property manager on site). They initially thought there was a fire block in the wall preventing them from concealing the cables and so did not install the in wall power kit. But, after I confirmed with the builder no fire block was present, they came back out and completed the cord concealing in the wall at no extra charge. They did a great job. Easy to schedule and communicate with.

The installers were awesome and I could not be any happier with the work they did. I’m so happy I didn’t try to do this on my own. This is the second tv I’ve had installed by the geek squad and both of these experiences is why I will keep coming back to Best Buy.

The technicians did a remarkable job from start to finish of the mounting and setup of our new tv. The came in and did an assessment of the area because we wanted it above the fireplace if possible. They offered a recommendation to place it on the adjoining wall and why. Very informative to help us make a better choice.

Maybe the most incredible delivery service I’ve experienced. The TV initially delivered was too small, the team found the perfect size went to pick it up and delivered it. Set everything up. I cannot recommend the total tech service enough. So glad to have it gives me peace of mind with all my electronics.

The team that came by to install my TV was absolutely fantastic. They made sure to check in with me about placement, used to tape so I could visualize where my Tv would be, and made sure everything was level. I 10/10 would reccomend their services!

The 2 geek squad men that came to hang my 85 inch tv were great the technician was spot on to where to hang it perfectly straight and no mess

Installation on the 50” tv was fast however the full setting of the tv was not done since they don’t like too much the brand I purchased. They helped with some of it but I finished the rest. Other than that was great.

Installers did a great job. They were careful and quick. Also took safety Covid-19 precautions. Will definitely recommend.
