The agents mounted the TV on our floor mount, adjusted the settings and taught me how to use the remote. Very efficient. Love the TV!

TV was delivered, mounted and set up in no time at all, just the way I had imaged, with even better results than I ever expected! Geek Squad personnel were the best!!!

Geek squad came twice due to first tv arrived broken. Second set of guys were AMAZING! Gave a tutorial and excellent advice on how to get optimal sound from our Sony soundbar as well. These guys rocked!

The two installers knew exactly what they were doing. More important though was that they first took into consideration where we planned to view the TV and with that in mind made helpful suggestions. At the end of the day a perfect placement and everything cleaned up after. I will use them again.

The guys were great but I took a star away because it doesn’t make any sense to charge for mounting the new TV and taking away the old and an extra charge for dismounting the old TV. This was the only complaint in one would have been a great service. Honestly, charging me separately to dismount the old tv!?! Shame on Best Buy!!

As stated in my first review, I am disappointed with the cost of installation that took no more than 30 mins. Travis and his assistance were professional and proficient. I was charged additonal $138 to install over the fireplace. I must have missed the fine print. SMH!!!

I am an engineer and have always installed these myself but since teh TV weighed 120 lbs I decided to use the installion service. They followed all the same carefull steps that I would have. Really nice guys, professional and efficient.
