The installation team arrived on time and called before arrival. It was a team of 2 installers for a 65” tv. They were polite, and efficient. They installed the tv on our existing mount, hot it connected to our cable and answered our questions.

The agents mounted our new 65 inch LG TV and bracket. They were amicable, efficient and helpful, and took time to make sure we understood how this TV worked. This is our first smart tv so we had a lot of questions.

These guys are good. They inboxed the Tv, mounted it and set it up quickly. They explained how it works and gave me links to the manual and video instructions. They cleaned up and took the trash with them when they left.

The geek squad always does a fantastic job when I order from Best Buy thank you guys for mounting my tv and soundbar so quickly and for taking the time to set up my WiFi and showing me how to download apps onto my new tv

Great service - not a rush job. Tech was kind and patient. Took time with me to show me what the LG offers. Removed my old TV which was heavy and awkward, never complained. Even made my mounting device work and saved me from buying new one.

Replaced a wall mounted television with another The Geek squad had everything they needed, covered their shoes…blanketed floor to prevent scarring and got the replacement completed in a very workmanship manner professionally, quickly and quietly!!! I highly recommend The Geek Squad!
