First time buying a Sony tv. Installed by Geek squad. Hope this set lasts longer than the Samsung we had which died one month after its warranty period.

Crew was professional and friendly. They would not leave until they had answered all my questions.

I paid $250.00 for installation of my new 65" Samsung TV that was installed in the wall mount on 9/9/24 upside down and it is slowly sliding out of the mount. When the contract guys left they told me not to touch or move the tv. I checked the wall mount without touching it and saw that it was coming out of the mount. I called & made an appointment for it to be redone with a new wall mount & scheduled for 11/4/24. I called 3 times & was told each time they were on their way - THREE TIMES. I waited NINE hours. No call & no show. I made another appointment and they told me Mon 11/11/24. I called after several hours waiting for a call of what time frame they were coming. Then, I was told the guy was out sick and possibly out for a week and they would try to get someone to my house asap. About 30 min later I got a call and they hope another team will come (1:21pm). Again, no show & no call. I have taken pictures showing that it is close to falling. All the wires are in my wall and it will cause a whole lot of damage to my house when it falls. There are two big construction projects near my house and they are blasting rocks that shake my house and neighbor's houses. This shaking is causing the TV to slide further down from the stim with one small bolt holding it. In addition, one guy from the first team did not have a hand UNDER my old 55" TV as they lifted it up off of the wall mount and the TV came crashing down on top of my glass-top credenza. I was going to give that TV to my family as they are in need of another TV. But, that is out of the question because it is now destroyed. Does anyone at Best Buy care?? I am in my 80's and have lost total faith in Best Buy. What has happened to this once wonderful company that I have been buying all my electronic products from for many many years?

The guys didba great job mounting my 86" tv over the fireplace about a non movable center channel. They took great care in centering and going over the height that would look best. I've never used this service before but my dad is getting too old to help me loft 100lbs+ tvs anymore. This is the way to go.

The wall mount foe the tv allowed Geek Squad to install and tilt the 77 inch sceen a bit. I felt I was right there at the UFC fights!! It looks amazing and was done very professionally!!

We’ve had a Samsung 65” LED tv before, but this LG G2 65” OLED has raised the bar so much, that it’s hard to describe. We love the Gallery function, the pointer/cursor and we paired our tv with an LG sound bar for an awesome experience! The Totaltech crew did such an amazing job, and we would highly recommend them again.

I"m so happy and excited that Rashad & his partner installed our smart tv and they were able to connect my existing old Bose Lifestyle sound system. They did a great job and very clean NO exposed wirings. The following week they installed my old tv to one of the bedroom, again great job. I highly recommend them.
