The agents minute my tv to the wall and got it working before they left

The men that came to my residence were professional and quick. I would highly recommend them.

Geek Squad installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and offered me different mounting spots and what our preference would be They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

My new wall mount and new TV were set up perfectly by the Best Buy team.

I paid $250.00 for installation of my new 65" Samsung TV that was installed in the wall mount on 9/9/24 upside down and it is slowly sliding out of the mount. When the contract guys left they told me not to touch or move the tv. I checked the wall mount without touching it and saw that it was coming out of the mount. I called & made an appointment for it to be redone with a new wall mount & scheduled for 11/4/24. I called 3 times & was told each time they were on their way - THREE TIMES. I waited NINE hours. No call & no show. I made another appointment and they told me Mon 11/11/24. I called after several hours waiting for a call of what time frame they were coming. Then, I was told the guy was out sick and possibly out for a week and they would try to get someone to my house asap. About 30 min later I got a call and they hope another team will come (1:21pm). Again, no show & no call. I have taken pictures showing that it is close to falling. All the wires are in my wall and it will cause a whole lot of damage to my house when it falls. There are two big construction projects near my house and they are blasting rocks that shake my house and neighbor's houses. This shaking is causing the TV to slide further down from the stim with one small bolt holding it. In addition, one guy from the first team did not have a hand UNDER my old 55" TV as they lifted it up off of the wall mount and the TV came crashing down on top of my glass-top credenza. I was going to give that TV to my family as they are in need of another TV. But, that is out of the question because it is now destroyed. Does anyone at Best Buy care?? I am in my 80's and have lost total faith in Best Buy. What has happened to this once wonderful company that I have been buying all my electronic products from for many many years?
