    They did mount the tv that I payed for extremely well. The bate and switch on the other tv was not very professional. 100 from one guy then the other guy 150 CASH. and it is too high even though he said that height would be too high.

    The installers were quick, polite and knew exactly what they were doing. They brought additional HDMI cables and an extra mounting bracket for me to buy (the original one I purchased did not fit the construction of the space). We will definitely be using Best Buy’s installation service for all future purchases, as necessary.

    The agents were professional and helpful. They installed both TV's but one thing they did install the mount to close to an outlet and the mount is leaning and will need to be fixed.

    Geek Squad installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and offered me different mounting spots and what our preference would be They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves.
