The agents mounted and installed my 86" nano cell tv eith perfection. The two gentleman were professional and very respectful not to mention very quick. I even double checked the mount with my level before they mounted the tv because they mounted it so fast. They were spot on. Great job and I would definitely have them back out.

Derek and Yaz? did a good job-just needs some tweaking to level it. Wish I’d noticed before they left, but was too busy getting instruction from Derek on how to work the tv and remote. I need Derek to come back and fix the mount of this tv, then mount an upstairs tv, and maybe program a remote. He is very patient and good at his job. Please have Derek call me after the holiday. First image is my first tv, second is the mount of the new tv. Left lower corner is a little low-just needs to be a little higher.

Clinton from Best Buys Geek Squad installed the mount on my wall along with my 58 inch TV. The installation done by Clinton was done perfectly. He made the job look easy. I know that I couldn't have done it though. There are no wires showing and the tv, sound system and remote control were all in sync thanks to Clinton. Best Buy has the best Geek Squad and the best merchandise. So happy with my entire purchase.

Amazing and professional! Jeffrey from the Geek Squad was outstanding from beginning till end. Entered the home by putting plastic covers over his shoes, brought in a folding table to place the equipment to avoid scratching the floor, and vacuumed everything before leaving. Gave great suggestions and even hid the tv receiver for me behind the tv with twist ties.

Had the squad mount my 65” tv after our remodel. They were quick, professional and efficient.

Jorge and his buddy I forgot his name were so professional in unboxing neatly the 85” Samsung TV as well as transporting properly and mounting securely and setting it up evenly. They also wore shoe booties upon entering the door and follow safety Covid Precautionary Measure like masks and gloves and disinfecting hands frequently.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV and insuring that it worked properly before they left.

I had best buy/geeksquad mount my 65" TV on the mantle above my fireplace and they did a superb job at a great price, easy to schedule, the guy was super professional and informative. Couldn't ask for a better service with this honestly. Still holding strong to this day and I got a swivel mount so I can move it around. Very sturdy.
