Geek Squad mounted TV on our basement wall - rec room

The team sent was knowledgeable and quick and helpful

They mounted 2 TVs as my monitors & calibrated both for my computer. I connected my computer to the 2 tv monitors. They waited to make sure I was comfortable with the height of both TV monitors & worked properly. At the office I have 2 monitors & since I’ve been working from home during this pandemic, I could no longer survive working on a laptop. Great Customer Service!!! Thanks

Great service, on time, very professional. These guys came and acuratly measured my wall and found the best placing for the best viewing level, and in like 40 min or less. From unpacking the TV to mounting it on the wall. Job came out great. thanks a lot geek squad.

Matt was great! Showed up on time and had the TV mounted and operating in no time.

The Geek Squad called me prior to arriving like I asked them to, which was great since I had to leave work to go home and meet them. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately the TV was mounted crooked by about a 1/2 inch, but when I had them come mount another TV for me they fixed it immediately. If I had to give a negative comment it would be they didn’t wear booties. I have a no shoes in the house rule, but it’s also my fault for not asking them to put them on. Great group of guys, will definitely be using them again.

The agents were very professional and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They even spent time with us to make sure we understood how to use our remotes. We love our new TV setup!

The Geek Squad arrived earlier than expected but called first to let us know. We were replacing the console/cabinet below tv with a new one. We were going to carry Old one to garage But Squad stepped in and moved it. Their work was quick and perfect. They vacuumed as they were drilling so there wasn’t a lot of dust, clever. The entire experience was perfect. Thanks Geek Squad!

The two gentlemen who came over were on time they were efficient they were kind, and they got the job done in a timely manner. It would’ve taken me at least a few hours to get that TV on the wall was on the wall within 20 minutes.

The agents installed it for me. They did a great job and explained all the "workings" that I needed, since i'm not a real tech genius!! I LOVE the TV, looks great. easy to use. Love the picture and the "ART" display fuctions. Highly recommend this TV to others.

The agents mounted and set up my tv perfectly. They showed me how they would mount the tv and how they set up my tv. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after they were done!

The crew left 14 holes on my wall from probing. The studs were too far back far them to secure the mount to my wall, I told them to stop and I would buy a stand. I would like a painter to fill them in and smooth it out so I can paint over them. It was painful because the paint is $45/gallon. I want my wall looking good again please. The crew did a great job hanging my other tv. Overall the service was great.

I was so impressed with the installation of my TV. The Service Man knew exactly what to do for he had to install it on a brick wall. I was worried about the process however he was so precise and accurate with the installation. It is truly a professional flawless job. I am certainly pleased.
