They were on time, quick, and professional. They cleaned up their work area before they left.

The agents did a great job and went through and showed me everything on the TV with all the different apps and settings. They answered all my questions.

Lucas and Cameron(installers)were awesome. Couldn't be more satisfied with the mount I purchased or the service I received. My only complaint is the installation cost for the sound bar. I feel it's excessive, but didn't want to remove a star because the installers did such a fine job (Ignore the power cord in the picture. I haven't installed an outlet yet. Not their fault). I will be a returning customer. Thanks.

These guys did a bang up job installing my A/V equipment.

The Geek Squad did an awesome job mounting my Samsung 65" Curve and is a good fit for my home theater. I've only had it for a week or so. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Had GeekSquad come and take my tv down and remount it in a different location in my house. It is a 85” TV. Whoever did the install (I was not here, my wife was) either missed the stud, or over tightened the bolts. My drywall wall started to cave in. I contacted bestbuy and the soonest they would come and take the TV down was 3 weeks later and by then the TV would have likely hit the floor. I asked if there was anything sooner as I’ve had children in my house as well as pets. The answer was no. I then had to contact someone else to help get the TV down. We started the insurance claim and was told I would hear from them within 72 hours. No phone call, no email, nothing. I then reached back out to them stated they let them know and to look for an email, and the email never came. I was then told that I would need to front the bill to have the wall fixed and then send the bill to their insurance. Again, I find that unacceptable as I should not be responsible for their mistake.here I am almost 5 weeks later and still no communication.

The guys from Geek Squad did a fast and perfect installation of my new 85 inch Samsung. They set up all my apps as well. they were mannerly and friendly, too, and the total experience was outstanding!

The men did a fantastic job every thing want perfect.

I have owned really nice tv’s and this tops them all. Amazing colors, blacks and hooked up to my sound system, takes it to another level.

Excellent service and helped me alot, I'm 65 so not up on all tech stuff. But the setting for tv and soundbar is like I'm at the movies. And hung it right where I wanted it. Great job guys will recommend you to anyone that wants this service.
