They connected the TV and put it on the wall. Everything looked fine, the picture and sound were great. Over the next few days I noticed that the wall mount, which pulls out and rotates was not holding the TV straight. I pulled it out as far as allowed and had to tighten every adjustable screw and fastener that was holding everything together. Yes they installed everything but didn’t tighten anything. What could have been a disaster turned out ok. Do check and look at everything that was touched before signing off on the installation...

My first time useing Geek squad. On time rolling in deep. Professional experience. I will be using them to to my needs in my home as long as i live. Great job guy's. See u all again when you set up my home camera's. Thank you.

Setup well but didn't connect Ethernet and one of the HDMI devices.

Love this mount needed a extended one for my entertainment system and it worked perfectly

NOVEMBER 2022- Hired Geek Squad to install LG 70" tv that was not purchased from Best Buy. The TV screen got broken during the process & a claim was initiated by the mgr at our local BB store. The wall mount was already on the wall over our fireplace. They just needed to remove the old TV & hang the 70". Our original TV was still fine and had been purchased.delivered, and installed by Geek Squad a few years ago. Fine job back then. Surely intended to keep the old tv & put it in a guest bedroom. In the process of Geek Squad removing the old TV, the screen got scratched ! During that process, I had gone outside to a storage bldg to get the stand for the old tv. When i came back in, I saw the scratches & mentioned them to Geek Squad installer. My comment got ignored. My security captured most of activity during their visit. There are videos of them using a hammer on the back of the new 70" tv. So, this claim has been ongoing since their visit on Nov 10,2022. I sent just a few of the security videos to the claim dept rep & never got a verification of herreceipt of them. I had probably 30 more to send, but didnt til I knew she was getting them AND HAVE STILL NOT GOTTEN THAT CONFIRMATION. Then a couple of days ago I got am email from the rep offering $100 for the “INCONVENIENCE” OF THE BUSTED NEW TV (Geek Squal rep’s word for it) and $100 for the scratches on our old tv. That older tv is at least watchable so we might be able to live with that $100. For 20 years Best Buy has been our favorite place. TVs, computers, printers, cell phones, just about EVERYTHING ! The day Geek Squad showed up, I had a brand new 70" for them to install and a perfectly fine 55" tv ( NOT SCRATCHED) in use in my living room. When Geek Squad left, because they evidently didn’t know how to reconnect the Dish TV coax to my original tv, their words were “Well, you’ll just have to watch your FireStick instead!” DVD player wasn’t reconnected either. I only expected for BestBuy to get me back to where I was when the Geek Squad showed up.

The crew was skilled and quickly and professionally installed my 65 inch TV. They were neat and informative. Maybe they could have taken a little more time to review how to use the smart TV and how to get to Betflix etc. The talk was over almost over before it began.

The agents that came out were really awesome. Perfect installation. Really helped me understand my new system.

The agents set up the 98 inch TCL TV quickly and set up all our devices. They were friendly and extremely helpful.

Geek Squad Guy, Matt, was excellent! He arrived within our window frame, calling first. He was polite and very efficient! We are very pleased with the wall mount installation … the TV looks great and the cords are hidden!

The agents did the big TV correctly. For the small TV, they did not complete the job. Be sure to check that they did everything before they leave. Pictured is the job they completed.

The agents came in did their job. They did not recommend the mount i had and i purchased theirs. Same price as the one they did not recommend i use. They gave advice on where to mount and they did the job.

TV is a great addition, very happy with Geek Squad’s service and highly recommend.

Omar was fantastic and very courteous. He has completed the job very effectively and efficient. Omar made sure the TV was functional after wall mounting it as per our requirements.
