Was TOTATLLY worth folks. Im not a paid person or whatever. Just regular dude who likes his purchases Geek Squad handled my tv mount like a Pro. For real. Holds my super heavy 60" Plasma Samsung 3D with ease. Swings with little/some effort, but solid!

Easy to set up an appointment and arrived on time. Two very friendly and knowledgeable techs. Set up was done very quickly and answered any and all questions that I had.

Customer service gets 5 stars! The two gentlemen that came to my house were respectful, professional and quick. I didn’t notice this but when my husband came home he realized that the tv was slanted. You can def tell that the left side is higher than the right once it’s pointed out. We learned to live with it but I wish this was installed correctly.

The agents came in with their PPE installed the mounting brackets and carefully removed the 82 TV from the box installed the hanging bracket hooked up the auxiliary equipment and once everything was in place they did a demonstration of the newly installed TV .

The technicians from geek squad came out and installed my new TV they were very quick and very courteous they went through the setup and answered all of my questions they explained all of the functions and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results

The crew was very professional and courteous. They made sure all my questions were answered before they left.

The product installation went well. One of the Geek squad members (I think the younger one) stated he would vacuum the place before leaving. However, he left my place quickly moments later without vacuuming. I thought it was strange until I realized he left a pin from his vacuum cleaner lodged in my wall socket (picture below). He ran off before I could realize anything was wrong. That is unprofessional and causes a safety hazard for anyone who might try to take it out.

The Agents mounting the TV, did a great job and shiwed me how to move TV on the mount.

The agent were the best . Many thanks for mounting my tv for me , I am one person who sucks at DIY Zane ain’t no way I would have been able to lift the tv on my own anyway.

Everyone who has come out knows what they are doing. Very happy with all of my help and concern when the squad came to my home. They got the jobs done as quick as they could. Very respectful, the 2 pictures are Before and After, I kept my old 50" tv.

Geek squad installed my TV in a very timely manner. They connected my direct TV and all my other devices.

I have no problem with it One of the best things that I really like about this but they have great products. Oh you’re teasing you have warranty and the price is right

The Geek Squad was excellent!!! The TV is the best I’ve ever seen. The sound is incredible, the mount is Unreal! I love it!!!! I made it crooked not them. All straightened out.

Installation was quick and easy. The technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They hauled away the old TV as well. Great Experience!

If I ever wondered what the Geek Squad was about, these guys where super representatives of Best Buy. Came in, asked for my thoughts, layed it out in blue tape, asked for my approval and and did the install with gusto and professional approach. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.. you guys rock.
