The setup was great but they didn't stay and showed me how to use the TV. It'll be nice when you spend $4,000 on a brand new nice TV you expect them to show you how things work because the TV I purchased is the new Disney Samsung frame TV. And on the remote has a microphone and you press it and doesn't work and doesn't tell you how to turn it on or anything like that it's impossible and I called geek squad and they have no idea or they couldn't help me which was awesome so yeah

Installation was performed professionally with excellent explanation of what was done, how to properly use the equipment and even added value in helping to hide wiring and accessories so they wouldn’t detract from appearance.

Very good job they call a day before then one hour before they came they called again the cool walk inside put the TV in the two bedroom in 30 minutes and set up everything thank you

The agents (Jimmie and Robert) were very courteous and professional. They ensured all devices were connected. Genuinely surprised how little time the installation took.

My technician was AMAZING. He asked me everything I needed, while he was there. Listen, however also gave advice when needed.

The agents installed the power system hidden in the wall, installed the wall Mount added the 82” television made all the necessary connections, and set up everything. Powered up the Xfinity DVR BOX, BLUERAY PLAYERS and went through remote set ups with us.

Though all my device set up is simple, the technicians insured that the televisions were set and operational. Their professional thoroughness was great. They leveled the mount perfectly and wanted to make s sure it was too our specifications.

Techs knew the ins and outs of prepping my tv with a flush mount kit. They took their time to do it right and cleaned up all mess and took away all trash. Even provided some calibration advice once tv was perfectly mounted and square. Thanks Geek Squad!!

The gig squad program is the best it pays for itself in one visit and it is a great program to have in case you like it have tech support like myself I love technical things but I'm not technically handy-dandy

They came in and the setup was quick and clean. They also did all the wireless connections.

They are punctual, working fast and clean the listed TV install a working with all the remote controls programmed.

Could not have had a better experience with the two technicians who hung my 85” tv. Very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.

The agents mounted my tv and they did a fantastic job.

They were nice and polite. But they left cords bundled and hanging everywhere. It looked a mess. They said it was the best they could do because I did not have a plug close by. I just hope my tv doesn’t fall off the wall. I repositioned the cords on top of the fireplace mantel and put pictures in front of it to hide the cord mess I should have complained sooner but I’m a senior with heart problems and did not want to get myself upset. My brother had suddenly died as well.

These people did an Awesome job. I appreciate the time they took to explain, setup, and answer all my questions. They deserve highest recognition available

The Geek Squad connected my 55 inch and connected it to the internet. Could not have asked for a better team of young men . Very professional and patience with a non tech person like me

So I booked two tv mountings. 1 for a 40 inch tv in the kitchen and a 50" for the bedroom. After the first mounting in the kitchen i canceled the one for the bedroom. While the guy was super professional and friendly he made 10 holes in my wall, not counting the two for the actual mount!! Apparently he needed to do that to find the center of the stud. While i can appreciate the importance of drilling the center im pretty sure there is a better way. I've had a 65" mounted and there were no extra finder holes. With the help of God, my pink drill and a stud finder, i was able to mount the 50" in my bedroom, sans geek squad.

The 2 agents mounted my Tv and connected all my devices. They leveled it and made sure it was on point. I’m very satisfied with the install.

The best service if you need your tv mounted. They came on time and did the job fast. This is the second time I use the service and it is definitely worth the price. Definitively will use again.
