Geek squad tv installation went great. Can't say enough good things about a process that can be stressful. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend geek squad tv mounting (at least my experience was great).

The agent mounted the tv and connected it easily to my WiFi and apps.

The price is great! Our installers came out and explained everything they were doing. Very professional, knowledgeable and neat. Our Television was being mounted on the mantle and had just been painted. Not one scratch or mark on the wall!

My TV’s were mounted very quickly and professionally. Was explained what was being done, even asking me where would I like it mounted and gave their input. It was really helpful, especially knowing that they had been in the exact apartment complex and knew the layouts.

The actual mounting process was quick and efficient. The installer had to mount it into cinder block wall. He did that well. My complaint is with the installer. I told him very clearly where I wanted the TV to hang. We discussed which wall would be best. It was to be mounted in the corner of the room, so we had a couple of options of which wall the mount should be on. We all agreed on the wall. After it was mounted, it looked terrible. The arm of the mount was too short to position the TV where I wanted it. One side of the TV goes into the window draperies and looks terrible. When I expressed concern at how bad it looked, the installer blamed me and said I picked the wall. When I again demonstrated where I wanted the TV to be, he told me I picked the wrong mount and the arm was too short to reach out where I wanted the tv. Again, we never saw the mount at the time of purchase. It was added to our purchase and was brought with the installer. When I said I was unhappy and could he please move the mount to the other wall so it would hang where we wanted, the installer just replied a flat out NO. He then said we paid for only one installation, we picked the wall and he would not move it. Shortly after, he left.

Absolutelt totally impressed with the service. Chris and the techs kept me informed of their arrival, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I cannot imagine better service.

Just as adorable, the techs showed up with the mount, installed it, correct height, connected the TV, programmed remote, cleaned up and left! Love it!

Very quick service provided by the “Geek Squad”, Scott is the best! Had him for two tv mount installations, and he has excellent customer service, friendly, and goes the extra mile to help out. Would definitely recommend to friends and fam.

Great customer service, professional, on time and did an excellent job hanging my Samsung 55” Frame TV, which is challenging to install compared to all most every other flat screen television
