My remote control stopped working one day (customer error). Chris the Geek Squad tech walked me through the process of getting it working. He explains things in ways that are easy to understand.

Wow … we have a rock style of stone of a fireplace wall and BBTT perfectly broke threw the rock and mounted our 65 “ 7 series so perfect

Mounted TV but didn't center it.

TV mounted and secured to the wall well. However they did not center the TV on the wall. Wife came home and pointed it out and I looked and the installer had marked the wall correctly he just didn't mount according to his marks.

The installers were very nice. My mount was incorrect and they had one to sell me. The only problem I have is I see its 80 dollars less than what I paid.

Geek Squad was awesome they put this TV up 123 I was in shock they did an excellent job and was super friendly is super friendly cleans up everything's spotless
