The installers were very nice. My mount was incorrect and they had one to sell me. The only problem I have is I see its 80 dollars less than what I paid.

If I could have rated less than 1 star I would have. Absolutely horrible - don’t ever let them trick you into the 3rd party company. They over-charge, lie and then cut off communication with you. I have the new version of Total Tech and will be cancelling. Best Buy please get your act together! Still sitting here 3 days later with no TV.

Great service! Did the job, cleaned up and was on his way. No complaints and will get install again from Best Buy!

It took a while because the technicians were very careful about where to place the Samsung FRAME on the wall. Very professionally done.

tv is a great size, good quality but you can get the same with a lower priced tv. still learning to maneuver well but most of the features are things you’d rather check on your phone. i understand the price is for its features but they’re not touched. I use my tv just for streaming and watching. if you’d like to check the weather, get sports news apps and other stuff you can do on your phone but would like on a big screen then this might be it for you. I’ve also only had one real glitch on the screen as far as picture wise, shown in attached picture. and sometimes if you don’t exit out an app before turning off the tv, it give you a playback error when you turn it back on. problwm fixed by holding or double clicking “home” button and click down to close app when task manager pops up.

Very happy with this service. Ormano and his partner did a great job mounting my 65 inch OLED. Will def use this service again.
