Yes, I was very satisfied with the installation of my TVs. I had the same agent come a second time and both times, their work was great. Very professional agents.

We usually hire a handyman to get all of her work done around the house when we purchased the TV Best Buy. They offered the service and they said that we would get service from the geek squad. It sounded good so we decided to go for it. However, the service we received was not what they advertised. The workers I came to the house were rude. Did not wear a uniform and were definitely not Best Buy employees. They didn’t finish the work on time on the first day so they came back a couple days later the TV that they installed are not properly installed. One of them is tilted and the other one was meant to be flushed against the wall and it is not. The third, we did not let them finish because they made a hole in the drywall . It was an overall terrible experience. This would be our last time installation from Best Buy.

The technicians that arrived did a fantastic job they left the area just as clean as when they arrived.

Tv was mounted great, fast excellent service. Super super nice folks. Three stars as they were to follow up on specific part to fix my old tv and it has been over 6 weeks with no follow up.

The gentleman who installed the TV BRACKET were great! Very careful and helped with Mounting the large TV on the bracket. I was very impressed and definitely will be using them again!

The installers called ahead of time and kept great communication. They were friendly and professional. It took them no time to install my tv. I am glad that I choose the Geek Squad.

I wish I had done this myself. It wasn't worth the money. $346 for two Tv's a sound bar and a year of total tech. I had higher expectations. They install your mount and hang your TV on the mount. They hung a sound bar from the TV. Mounting of rear speakers is not included so if you want that make sure to ask and pay extra for it. Mounts were installed properly and everything worked. My TV screen was scratched up pretty badly. Since I did not buy the TV new they said it was already that way. I disagreed and they didn't even try to clean it. Just not worth the cost. Nothing Special about having this done professionally. Do it yourself.

They came and installed quickly and it looks great. The gave me a tutorial on the tv’s features and made sure I had any questions answered before they left.

My installer was Top Tier Amazingly Neat and Respectful of My living Space.
