Very friendly. Fixed indoor speaker system and reprogrammed controller. Also added Apple Box upstairs to 2nd Tv.

Pedro was technically very sound, not a pun! He helped me with the installation of two Roku modules on my Samsung Smart televisions without an issue. He was ver adapt to his service job while being very mannerly & courteous to me as the customer. He was able to complete this task in less than an hour. I appreciated Best Buy’s assistance in scheduling this job.

Diligently and carefully the Squad installed my new TV

Geek did a good job connecting my TV and the mess of wires in the living room, but, it took another visit to get the bedroom one done. On the second visit which I didn't mind having to wait for the extra parts to arrive in the mail. I have used Geek Squad for years here in GA and in California and have had excellent service.

The Geek Squad connected my new TiVo unit, and I am so pleased with the results.

Great group of guys, who were very professional and knowledgeable about there jobs. They shared information on other products that may enhance my overall system. They were fast on a job I thought would take most of the morning. They took their time showing me how to operate all of my tvs and didn't leave until I had a clear understanding.

Jacob was very helpful considerate and friendly. He hunted down everything he could to find out how to get all the equipment my husband wanted link together to work the way my husband wanted it to. To say Jacob made my life easier I'd an understatement!!! Good work Jacob and Thank You very much.

The Geek Squad tech installed my Apple TV+ streaming device. He programmed the stations and explained how to use the system. He is knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. He was polite and courteous.

The agent had been here before & also was well prepared. Another agent had also been here in the past & he had communicated what he had done prior to his arrival. After explaining our frustration with efforts of trying to sync everything was not working. He understood & immediately starting the synchronization process going slowly & step by step so we thoroughly understood. When he finished it was completed. It also allowed us to be able to manage troubleshooting in the future. The agent communicated on our limited technology level. He was professional & respectful. If we ever need this type of service again I would request him. Sincerely

I cannot adequately express how impressed I was at the knowledge the Geek Squad has, the professionalism with which I was treated, and the time they took to explain the use of everything. I am definitely technologically challenged, and the patiently made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. The technician William was absolutely wonderful helping us remove our devices from the Harmony App, which had failed and showing us step by step how to use each device’s remote to turn on the amplifier, the Samsung Frame TV, Apple TV, the dvd player, our CD player and turntable. He was patient, professional and extremely courteous.
