I will say, this item is the very first thing that I remember purchasing from Best Buy that I'm disappointed in. Not to mention the WOPING $300+ price tag. While the exterior has a sleek design(it looks cool). It sounds like a jet fighter starting up on my counter top. Never thought I'd say this about a Best Buy purchase. I'm disgusted, disappointed, & frustrated. I thought BB screened and filtered the items they sold.

Ice on the go

I purchased this Item in August, 2011 and the item quit working last month. The water and ice indicators were both flashing the book says the cause is the ice pusher cannot move, solution was to check if ice is blocking the ice pusher otherwise, consult service. I called Vinotemp and have not received a phone call back. Will not purchase another one of these products.

I love this ice maker especially for work at the office, can never have enough ice in the summer months in a warehouse, but this makes it much better.
