    I purchased this as a closeout because the newer versions are going to the Smartcast & don't have a built in tuner.

    We purchased due to an in-store recommendation. We like the 4k part of the TV and I would say it works just fine for our purposes. I would say that the primary concern is the interface for Netflix, hulu, etc. is a bit sluggish and difficult to maneuver.
