I purchased my phone's November 24th 2019 by January I can call on it, I can receive calls on it but they cannot hear me talk on it. I no it's under warranty but I can't find my receipt which is my fault, but going to see if I can get it changed.

it's a low end phone. Works but that's about all I can say about it. No one in the store seemed to know more about it.

If RED must be your favorite color then you need not look any further because this 2 handset cordless phone system w/answering machine has every possible feature built in and they sound great along with long battery life too. Highly recommend this VTech to anyone who is looking!

This phone does it’s job like ringing loud enough for me to answer the only thing I don’t like is I can’t hear when someone is talking and I only purchased it because i was having difficulties with my cell phone and hid it so I don’t have to see it but it is usable

The only thing I like is the color. The sound on the receiving end is said to be poor with static. Also the talk / flash button often switch and the call will not answer. The battery life is much shorter than the previous system that was the same type and features but several years older.

The phone itself looks nice and works fine. However, we found the screen to be too light/dull and there is no brightness adjustment

If you're not looking for a high tech but easy to use phone, this is just fine. the price fits but don't expect too much. the menu takes a bit to get used to but the sound/voice quality is sufficient.

Pretty and inexpensive phones, but a little hard to hear on and when it rings, it does not tell you who is calling.

It works just fine,like the color ,don't really use it that much most of the time uses our cell phone,the price was good

I give it 3 stars because the buttons don't light up and the LCD screen should be a litlittle brighter.

These phones are just ok, nothing spectacular. My husband has had the batteries die on him when he was on an extended customer service call and had to switch phones in the middle. The block list would be a nice feature but it's very limited on how many numbers you can actually block. It's like 10 I think which is nothing compared to how many robo/ advertising /sales calls we actually get.

Even with volume all the way up , can barely hear people on other end 80% of the time. Pretty sure will return for upgrade. Very easy set up - looks nice, but reception is terrible most of the time. I just wanted simple and 2 hand sets - definitely got what I paid for -- poor quality.

I liked the way this phone looked so much, I overlooked its features. I am very disappointed that it doesn’t have talking caller ID. The scrolling features for messages and caller ID log could be a little easier to use. There is definitely room for improvement.

Numbers and on off buttons are hard to see... the phones are to small and hard to hit the keys because the keys are to close. I do not care for the phone. Also the volume on high is not very loud. So if you are a elder I would not recommend this type of phone.

Cannot recommend as the buttons are slow and clunky. Hardly anyone has landlines anymore. These were great for back in 1980s but very dated.

I got this set to use as a phone set for our house and while they do what they are supposed, the sound quality isn't as good as some of the more high end phones, however, for the price they are decent enough.

Great color but unfortunately that range wasn't enough for the apartment. We live in Puerto Rico and walls are very thick and the apartment layout is very challenging.

basic phone nothing special sound quality is poor. handset is small. i would not buy again.

These phones are easy to use and have good sound quality. However, the erase messages feature does not consistently work which is very frustrating. The redial feature also is inconsistent in either not redialing at all or not dialing the last number used.

This is a middle of the road phone. It’s packed with pretty standard features like most phones. My only issue is that the volume could be a bit louder. I only wish Best Buy sold phones to add to the system.
