Purchased for in-laws. They were replacing their old cordless phone. They love the answering machine. Easy to use & set up. $10 cheaper than Walmart!!!

The phones work excellent . The phones are easy to use . There are two phones . One of them is cordless and the other one uses a cord.

The VTech cordless phone replaced an older cordless. This system is far superior to the AT&T we previously had. The phone is easy to use and is very clear. The simplistic design looks nice on the desk. I would definitely recommend this phone unit.

This phone is for my small warehouse and having the cordless twin is great for mobility. Everything else, the answering machine and caller is work great as well. Nothing but what you need not the fanciest. Good value and price.

Really nice phone. Easy to use... though the answering machine volume needs to be louder! I've turned the volume up all the way and I have to hover over the phone to hear messages and cannot have any other noise in the house while doing so.

I had to replace my old landline telephone purchased about 20 years ago with a new one, which I use at home through an Internet connection. I'm very satisfied with the phone -- easy to use and for a good price.

The old phone had been around quite a long time and the number keys were sticking. Quite frustrating as you can imagine. I took a trip to my local Best Buy store and stood there pondering my choices. A Best Buy assistant stopped by and answered all the questions that I had. I finally picked this model. I got it home, plugged it in, and went through the easy setup and I was back in business. I am very happy with my selection, it was just what I needed.

I bought this for my parents; they are in their 80s. The screen was big enough for them to see. Love that. Setting up wasn't too bad. I had to set it up for them because it was too confusing to do it themselves.

Vtechs are good phones. This brand was exactly the first cordless phone I had. I purchased a different brand from another department store. The phones were saying out of range. I could not hear the person on the other side of line. Now this vtech is so good and I can hear so clear. The range is good. Now I just need to get rid of the people who keeps calling aggravating me. Over all vtech is the best.

Listen, it's a fifty buck phone. Seems fine so far after first few weeks. Chordless works well.

I have been buying VTech products for years because I've been continually disappointed in rival panasonic products. This phone was a replacement for my mother who's hard of hearing and mid stage dementia--I only mention this as the phone is so user friendly and easy to use that mom can use it an it makes her much less agitated to be able to reach out to family members. I highly recommend the phone,

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PHONE FOR THE PRICE. JUST WANTED A PHONE FOR OUR LANDLINE AS WE USE OUR IPHONES MOST OF THE TIME. PERFECT SIZE AND GOOD SOUND. THE CORDLESS HANDSET IS CONVENIENT. JUST BE AWARE ANSWERING MACHINE DOES NOT BEEP WHEN YOU HAVE A MESSAGE. DOESN'T MATTER TO US BUT MIGHT TO YOU.

Nice phone, easy setup. We are one of the few families still using a land line primarily for business and this fits the bill.

OK there are good things and bad things about this phone system. The good: answering machine. I can save money now and use the phone answering system. Corded and cordless phone. I will always have a corded phone, in case of power outages, a corded phone will work, a cordless will not work. The bad: shortcut speed dial did not work. It is necessary for voicemail retrieval, and it did not work. The ring tones are horrible. I could not hear the phone ring, when I tried to turn up volume, the rings were kitschy, give me a basic ring tone for my home phone. While this phone did work, I was able to make and receive calls, the ring tones just did not work for me. Also the shortcuts were not what I wanted or needed.
