I bought this to go along with the hand and base set so I could be hands free while I'm working in my home office. It links up perfectly fine to the base unit (sold separately) and customers hears me, and I hear them, very clearly. Battery life is very good: I worked 7 hours straight without putting it on the charger.

Bought this for my office! Works wonderfully, clear communication both ways. If there was one thing bad I had to say about this it’s a little uncomfortable for me to wear but I have very tiny ear canals and it tied every different accessory included. Most, I would imagine, wouldn’t have the same issue though.

Good sound, good distance from the phone, connected with no issues. The button can be a bit stubborn when trying to connect to an active line, but doesn't take long to get used to it

Definitely worth giving it a try based on the Bluetooth technology. The only drawback is that I have to wear the headset because it doesn't fit firmly around my ears.

I have always missed a some kind of phone at home that makes feel I am still using my cell phone with my blue-tooth. This product helped to have this sensation. I love to have my hands free all the time !

These work great, especially for the price! The only reasons I did not give 5 starts was because I wish the charge lasted longer and the ear piece attached more securely to the headset.

I like the headset but it looks like vtech has a new one in bundles that has a power switch which is a must. I would have waited.

Purchased to pair with an ATT crl32102 series phone. Pairing was very simple and quick with excellent sound quality. The only negative is that you must use a keypad on a phone to make a call as headset does not have one.

Good Wireless Headset with minor problems

This is a good wireless headset for use with VTech freedom phones. It enables you to clearly hear the other person and they can clearly hear you. It has an answer button and a mute button and volume up and down buttons. One minor problem is that it is difficult to feel where the mute button is when you are trying to push it. Another minor problem is that the part that goes around your ear to hold it in place can become detached from the rest of the unit if you move it in the wrong way

This is an awesome addition to your home communication. It provides flexibility and it frees you from being attached to a desk or to a cord. It says it lasts up to 4hrs and they don't lie, 4hrs and that's it, It helps if you put it back to charge when not in use. I'm not too crazy about the ear-backs but what can you ask for the price. Easy to use easy to connect, give it a try if you don't like it you can always return it, save box and receipt. I'm sure you will like it.

I went to bestbuy looking for a cheap headset to replace the onhook jack on the phone to make this work since I bought the cheapest Vtech Dect 6.0 phone possible. So cheap the wireless handset does not have a headset jack! They were luckily out of the RJ-9 plugged headset and while looking around saw this one and confirmed it does indeed work with my cheap vtech phone system! Price was spot on, I almost purchased the phone combo that has this included just to have this ability for about $30 more. Call quality is great, volume is loud and can be too loud which is great to have that much headroom. Very comfortable during extended use. I haven’t used it enough to run out the battery however I am impressed the battery is replaceable. Pairing literally took about a minute with reading time included, painless and fast. Only negligible nitpick is when remote end hangs up you still have to press the button on it to hang it up else get that annoying beeping for keeping the line open. I don’t know who’s fault it is since it is connected to Verizon wireless LTE phone service but not a deal breaker no matter. I use mine with the headband btw since I have skin sensitive ears and can’t use in ear speakers.

It gives me the freedom to move around when working at home. I can put the customer on hold and mute and the features are easy to work. Just like using the wired headset but more freedom and can get work done more easier than using a wired headset.

I'm sure this is a fine product. However, it is not compatible with the AT&T - AT ML17929 Corded Phone with Caller ID/Call Waiting - Silver/Black I purchased online at the same time, 03/25/2020. I purchased the VTech Wireless Headset Silver because it was displayed with the AT&T AT ML17929 Corded Phone and described as an item often purchased with the corded phone. However, this particular phone does not have built-in the wireless capability this particular headset requires. Because I am teleworking and using the phone to answer dozens of call per day that have been routed to it from Seattle Housing Authority's main telephone switchboard, I really need to swap this phone out for one that supports the wireless headset. But, COVID-19 restrictions are making this a difficult proposition.

This is my 3rd purchase of this headset. Pairs easily with my ATT cordless phones with decent sound quality. The major downside is they only last 18-24 months. Still much less expensive than alternative choices.
