Use the head and as the ear piece is very uncomfortable

The wireless headset works great. The clarity on the receiver is clear. Paired nicely when phone. Not great for long periods but overall worth the money. Great for anyone who works from home and is on the phone often.

This headset was easy to use and pair with the phone. Overall, I am please with its performance. It works great to answer inbound calls. It is a bit more work on outbound, as the phone itself seems to have some limitations.

I work from home and am on the phone a lot. Headset easily paired with my AT&T phone. Conversations are clear and battery is sufficient (I put it on the charger between calls). Very pleased with the purchase.

My husband has not used this wireless headset yet but will shortly as tax season is right around the corner. He likes to have his hands free for writing or typing on the computer. He is happy so far with it as it works.

It doesn’t stay on your ear with the provided plastic and uncomfortable hooks. But the headset which you wear like headphones. It serves its purpose for a cheaper headset.

Love my head set. It gives me the ease to walk around the house and talk without having to carry a phone while I'm doing other things. It's clear and lightweight .

Works well for the application I need it for. Sometimes my ears are too small for the pieces that come with this. Other than that problem works as advertise. Really like the rechargeable function on the base. Hard to misplace this unit because of that feature.

Not bad for the price. Anyway sent it to manufacturer due to tech issue but they resolved... I only had to pay for shipping... lost access to device for about 4 weeks.

Was able to quickly tie this into a Bluetooth enabled base. Love the convenience hands free offers. I recommend this for con calls.

I purchased this for my home office. Set up was extremely easy - I would definitely recommend to anyone that has a home office.

The VTech is a great hands free phone whether you are at home or use it in an office. The value on this device is well worth the money to spend on, I would recommend this product.

It works for what it does, but people complain I sound distant and it rings loud when a call comes in when I’m already on a call.

Just make sure you have the right phone first. I didn’t but found a cheap one to connect to

Overall, a decent headset for office use. The headband, however, does not attach snugly to the primary headset and tends fo fall off frequently.

I've yet to pair this up with the full system as the one that came with the two handset system is all I've needed for now. All I have to offer.

We bought this to pair with the out VTech phone. It paired easily and the talk time has been excellent.

I added this V-Tech wireless headset to my existing home phones. The product was easy to set and works great.

The quality of the product is 5 stars, the reason I only gave 3 is because you can't dial using the headset, it can only be used as a listening/speaking device. You can't press any keys or prompts while using it. Also transferring it back to the base unit is not all that easy either. If you could dial or press prompts then I would give it a 6 star rating, but as of now, sorry it's only a 3.
