Stepped through Windows 10 fisrt time activation. Desktop came up, then it errored. Windows says reporting error and hangs at 10 % for about twenty minutes. Powered it off then tried to power it back on and nothing. I returned a $3000 dollar brick on the same day of purchase. Windows 10 has issues with Wacom.

The computer is very nice. I can work smoothly using Maya and ZBrush, which is perfect. However, there have been major problems which were: the touch keyboard wasn't and still kinda isn't being recognized when I need to type, Photoshop wasn't working with the computer, the 3D scanner wasn't working for a time... I had to completely reset the friggin computer twice and lost work because Wacom is not communicating with Windows. It's very very VERY annoying. Lastly, I'm now in the process of sending my computer to their warehouse because it completely conked out on me after I did the latest update from Wacom. I'm not sure it's worth all this nonsense, ladies and gentlemen. I've only had this computer for exactly 1 year and I'm pretty disappointed that I spent so much money on this.

I really, really want to like this product. The idea of a portable Cintiq that I can take anywhere is fantastic. I've sent in my MobileStudio Pro for repairs TWICE in less than 9 months of owning it. Wacom takes their time repairing it too, so each time I'm out at least 2 weeks. Basically, it's been in for repairs a whole month in less than a year.
