Canceled order due to your employees’ incompetence

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My order was to be delivered to the store within a few days, after I was told it was “in stock at the Dallas warehouse- 11 days went by and not only was it not there but they misprinted the order or something… had to leave town without it and it was something necessary for my nephew who has no access to things like that where he works- horrible experience and you just lost a good customer

In fact I have yet to figure out what it does.
