It is fast. Video resolution is outstanding. It provides a lot of configuration options. And I know I am going to make very good use of this unit, creating children's books, editing photos, etc. It's not perfect though. For such an expensive device, you would expect that they would load up on the key spec's where they could, or at least make it easy for you to upgrade yourself. Offering 16GB of standard memory was great, and providing an open slot to add another chip to make it 32GB is outstanding. However, I am less pleased with the storage option. A 500GB SSD is just ok, especially for a device that is intended to be used for media (photos, videos) editing and creating. Being able to theoretically replace the drive with an up to 2TB SSD is good. However, finding a drive of that size that meets Wacom's spec's was not so easy. Actually, I was unable to find one, and turned to Wacom for guidance, and really got none. They just spit back the same requirements for an SSD board that are listed online, with no help on who makes a compatible such item. The SSD card also has a spring load, which makes it difficult to reconnect the non-slotted side to the board with a screw since it does not lay flat when inserted. Bad design. A regular USB port would be nice since that is what standard thumb drives use so I will have to make use of adapters. I wish it was at least a pound lighter, especially since it has no keyboard, but I can live with it, I guess.

First of all I would like to clarify that the only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is the fact that I had to return the first one I bought due to it being faulty. After Best Buy replaced it I couldn't be more happier with it. This product offers so much it would take alot of space and time to write it all down. My advice is to go to YouTube and you can find all types of videos over it. In my case I use it mostly for illustrations and writing stories. It also has internet apabilities so you can use office as well. I would highly recommended this product to anyone!

Most people don’t need this but if you do….

You will also WANT this. I love my 24 inch Wacom but needed one for the road. This fills the bill nicely. I was concerned the video card wouldn’t be enough or the heat from the screen (others complain about) or the fan noise (also a common complaint) would be an issue….it’s not.

Great as a Graphics design tool, clucky at regular computer stuff like checking emails or surfing the internet. It was specialized to do one thing will and it does that very well. I use it for digital art and it's amazing for that. However if I play music (speakers are garbage.) or check emails its a bit clunky and spasms allot. One issue seems to be there can be too many modes of input (Touch screen, Pen, add a mouse, touch keys on the side, onscreen keyboard) and the computer gets confused and trys to guess what you want but gets it wrong, frequently. I highly recommend adding a wireless mouse and keyboard for day to day use. It also doesn't have any standard sized USB ports which is very annoying and the USB-C ports can get a bit wonky especially as you also have to use them to charge it. The battery life is basically non-existent. Maybe 30mins so plan on working attached to a wall plug but with that in mind the charging cable is too short. Its also heavy for what should be a "portable" device and the "stands" on the back feel flimsy and unreliable. (No-one buys a flat tablet shaped device just to sit at a desk or table with it, duh!) One other niggle is the case for the pen doesn't attached to the computer in any way so it becomes one more thing to carry or loose. The front facing camera which you will use for say zoom meetings is all the way on one side not centered on the top or bottom which creates weird angle problems during meetings if you want to both be on camera but also see whoever is talking to you and reach the screen. Its way to heavy to even use the camera on the back and I'm not really sure why it even has this. The cams aren't really good and if your doing graphics your taking photos with something better, like even my smartphone. Despite all these complaints, as I said before, it is a great graphics tool. The textured screen surfaces makes the display slightly less bright but it means your pen doesn't skate all over the glass like it would on a tablet or smart phone. I bought this as my PC, and first wacom were getting old and dieing and as I had devolped health problems that make it difficult for my to sit upright at a desk for very long and it does work for that. It is awkward however but I got a whole system for about the same I would have spent on a full desktop with a more standard wacom, screen etc and I really didn't have room to set up another desk space anyway. Over all for graphics its great but unless that your primary goal its probably not an investment you want to make.

All in one solution for a mobile pc with heavy emphasis on a professional graphic tablet. Only cons is that it is not updated each Intel CPU cycle or atleast everyother CPU update. Regardless upgraded the Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro for free, and the memory to 32mb of Corsair and 1gb Samsung 970 pro NVME on it without issues. For the price definitely make sure that it suites your needs as there are cheaper solutions for gettings similar task done. This is for the prosumer audience.
