I purchased this MW after reading some positive reviews...here is my feedback: Good - finish looks nice and warms up food quickly Bad - loud fan noise, dim clock display and the clamps that hold the bolt in come off easily which makes installation difficult. I installed the MW myself but learned that you must hand tightened the bolts as much as possible before using a rachet or drill. If not, the clamps will fall through and you will have to remove the entire back cover to get the clamps back in place (very tedious)

Well when my over thr range microwave died after 6 years of what i suspect to be microtron failure i had to replace it. The microwave is great but it was a process getting there. The initial one we ordered (and installed) was badly dented and did not work. So we had to take it back down and drive all the way to the store and pick up a new one. It was a huge inconvenience. When I called customer service they were friendly but could not help because there wasn't one to reorder. So I called the nearest store that had one (not really that near.) The rep that answered was rude and her tone was unprofessional so I had to ask for a manager whom I was told was unavailable. Finally I got someone willing and knowledgeable enough to help and I was able to exchange the defective product.

I bought this item because it came in bisque and there wasnt much to choose from in that color. I'm disappointed though in three things: 1) the interior is black making it hard to see the food as it cooks and hard to tell when its really clean. My prior microwave was white inside so i could see the food through the window with the door closed and i could be certain it was clean. 2: the buttons are hard to push. You have to lean hard on them. 3: the unit is "higher" than my prior microwave so it visually blocks the sightline to the back burners on my stove. If i had to do it again i would select one of the slightly smaller, less powerful units available in bisque.

I had to return it for a few reasons, one being that I had it shipped and that there were dents in it, not on the front but still...also the power cord is ridiculously short and says it cannot be plugged into an extension cord so if your power source is right there it's fine. If it's not this is not the microwave for you (and by short I mean it's about 18"...very short).

inside light is dim, takes longer than some other microwaves to cook/reheat foods. door does not line up properly

The microwave is not built tough, but a good buy for the price.

Received first one damaged/dented and had to return to store for new one. Better off to pick this one up in store rather then having it delivered. Great senor technology. Only flaw is The Fan runs loud, louder then our dishwasher does.

This looks nice, has decent options and seems to cook well.

We use this a lot and it has worked very well thus far.

The microwave I received from Best Buy was defective. The motor makes a loud noise. It sounds like a plastic bag is attached to the fan as it spins. Best Buy is exchanging the microwave for another microwave. We will see how this one sounds.

This is a good microwave with great features. We long the sound and melt option. Sadly I took two stars because the first arrived dented even though there was no damage on the shipping boxes. We suspect quality control wasn't good.

It looks nice but the vent fan doesn't suck up very much air so any steam from cooking on range just goes up. As a vent system worthless. And no speed button for 1,2,3,4,5 minutes. But cooks good and fast

Product works well although I had occasional sparking from the metal rack and also the back clip that holds the rack broke and whirlpool would not replace it

We discovered that this microwave did not have some features that we thought it had after some use time . Meets our minimum needs. Nice microwave.

Received this product but have big dent so I have to returned it. No available stocks so have to get a different model!

Beautiful microwave was too large four our space couldn't get it to attach under the cabinet due to an existing backsplash

It's louder than I expected It makes noise from vent area that is a little louder

The microwave takes to long to warm food and it is not what I thought it would be
