Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this fridge installed 1 week ago. It has never functioned properly: the ice maker has not produced any ice and a cup of water placed in the freezer never froze. There is water pooled in the bottom of the freezer and there are ice crystals growing on the lower walls of the freezer. I assume we got a lemon. We tried to exchange for another one but it is "no longer available." So we had to go to the local store, and return/exchange for a Frigidaire. That gets delivered next week, hope it works!
