Dryer works well. It’s very quiet when running. Only had it one month. Too early to review reliability. The process of getting dryer delivered was awesome! The company Best Buy uses is great.

I wish I could review the dryer but I've haven't really gotten to use it. I've owned it for a month as of this review and only was able to use it the first seven days of ownership. When I first purchased it, the Wifi would not operate on the machine. I called Whirlpool the second day of ownership and they said they would send someone out the next day. The next day they said they were overbooked and would send someone out Tuesday. Tech comes out, looks up settings and tries to troubleshoot, says the Wifi is broken and will need a part to fix. Tells me that the dryer is still operational. They leave and I try to do a load of laundry the same day. I find out that the tech bricked my dryer (and didn't tell me) and it is no longer functioning at all. I call the repair company three times and each time they tell me "someone will call you back", they don't. A part arrives a week later and I call again. They schedule another tech to come out for a week later. This tech replaces two major parts and the machine still does not work. States that now they will submit to Whirlpool the issues for a decision for them to either try to fix or replace the machine. Another week and a half goes by and I finally hear from Whirlpool corporate. They say they are replacing the unit but it could take another 3-4 weeks before they get a new one out. I ask that since I've had to be without a dryer all this time, would they offer an extended warranty and she flatly says "no, we don't do things like that". I want to like the dryer but if the systems get the best of two techs and repair parts that I will have to call someone to fix instead of being able to do it myself, then I wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone. The second tech actually told me that Whirlpool doesn't even know how to fix these units and consistently replace them.

Product was received ahead of schedule, and the team at pickup was awesome! I did not hesitate to order a whirlpool dryer again as the one it is replacing is 23 year old whirlpool with never an issue! The 21 year old whirlpool washer is still going strong also with never an issue!!!!

I had the older model but it stopped drying , so i had to get it replaced . I bought this new one and the first thing was it did not come with a power cord . How do you spend $900 on a dryer and it doesnt come with a power cord . The timed dry doesnt give you the option to use heat to dry only air dry , that’s ridiculous. The sense dry stops the drying when it “feels its dry” and sometimes the clothes is still a little damp .

I feel very dissatisfied since I asked for a return of a 240v Samsung because my apartment cannot use 240v only 120v and it turned out that this one was 120v and when I received it it was 240v the same as the previous one. I recommend that you go to the store or make sure before buying it. I feel very dissatisfied since I had been waiting for the product for a day and it turns out that they made a mistake and they sent me the same one since I could have gone somewhere else or not been left waiting wasting my time. Thank you.
