This is one of my top 10 favorite horror films of the last decade. The film is about two girls and a guy who venture to Wolf Creek in Australia. Their car breaks down, and they are "rescued" by a man named Mick, who ends up being a torturer and a murderer. The film is fairly realistic and is shot like a documentary. It's a very unnerving film and features some good acting (It's no "Godfather Part II" in terms of performances, but the characters are believable). The unrated version adds two scenes back into the movie (one isn't violent and the other isn't that bad but does feature some skeletons of the killer's prior victims), and the hour-long documentary is very informative. Highly recommended.

On the cover of this movie somewhere, some quote is referenced in a way saying that this is the scariest movie since the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The movie is easy too follow, not scary. It makes a neat "based on a true story" story, but its not scary at all. The acting is not that good either. The fact that the Texas Chainsaw Massacre was mentioned in a quote on the cover, made me skeptical of the movie before watching it, as the original TCM rules!!! So I wasnt let down as I expected this movie too be bad and it was. The Horrman says" Avoid This movie.. Its not good. Only get this movie if you want too increase your horror movie collection, and your are addicted too buying movies like me!!!"
