This is the movie that nearly killed the X-Men franchise. And Deadpool. Surprisingly, its two sequels, The Wolverine and Logan, were MUCH better. Buy and watch THOSE two films. Watch this film only if you'd like to see a movie with terrible CGI and Wolverine battle a mute (eek!) Deadpool with blades coming out of his arms. Seriously.

A mess. It has entertainment value so I would recommend it for that. Totally missed the mark on a meaningful profile of Wolverine.

Absolutely the worst X-Men movie on top of being just a bad movie in general. Only bought it for the free Logan ticket.

I really liked the movie and the contents that came with.

We all know Origins was garbage but at least this one is a steel book

This review is on the product NOT the movie. This will be the SECOND time I am returning this movie back to best buy. I'm not a happy camper I have seen this movie in theaters and loved it, so naturally I wanted it in my movie collection. I bought it the friday it came out. That saturday I went to watch it and it started the movie right off into the 5th chapter. I pulled it out wiped it down witha micro cloth put it back in.........same thing. So I exchanged the movie......only to have the SAME problem. This time it won't even play it won't show the title menu or anything. I live 40 mintues away from best buy I'm not happy that I have to return this one again.

By definition, the Origins movie should have tied Wolverine into how he joined X-men. This movie absolutely failed at its basic premise. It showed Wolverine getting into a couple of fights, but with little to interaction with any of the X-men. Plus, they showed Charles Xavier at the end leading the escapees away. This would have been a perfect time for Wolverine and Xavier to meet up, but the film fumbled that chance as well. Shameful.

This is by far the worst of the X-Men movies. All of the roles are miscast (except for Hugh Jackman as Wolverine), the special effects look awful, and the story is just ridiculous. There's no medical guarantee that a bullet to Wolverine's head will induce amnesia, yet Stryker somehow knows that's exactly what will happen. Yeah, right.

I know it is rated PG-13, but it says "for violence". I expected violence in a wolverine movie. The rating didn't mention that it also had inappropriate language. I tried to watch it with my son but turned it off after 5 minutes. I have no idea about any other aspects of the movie to give any further review.

Okay, this movie reminded me of X men 3. Which once again every character dies off. Doesn't follow the comics one bit. It's just a lame movie. I mean I guess it's cool if they didn't have X men in the title and renamed it. But it was a cheesy movie.

Saw the movie in the theaters and it was great! Wanted to watch it at home, and unfortunately the Disc didn't play on my main Blue Ray player; nor on my computer's Blue Ray Player.
