Great for PS5 gaming!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture looks great, currently using this on a desk for my PS5 setup, so mainly used for gaming (no movies, shows) and occasional YouTube. Happy with the tv for the price, would recommend as an alternative to buying a 4k monitor within price range if looking for one.

Excellent for reading and typing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was in the market for a computer monitor but wanted something with quantum dots, so I figured I'd give this a try. RTINGS craps on VA panels for use as a computer screen but it's honestly fine. It has the same viewing angles as the 43" LG "nanocell" "IPS" monitor I tried before this one, honestly. I'd say you'll notice if you're looking for it, but straight-on viewing is beautiful. My eyes are honestly relieved after switching to this. I can only give 4 stars becaue Samsung has locked down so much of this TV's capabilities. Most of the options to adjust the picture characteristics are greyed-out, and there is no dedicated settings button on the remote. Fortunately, setting the Picture Mode to "Dynamic" really does the trick and was all I had to do to make it look great. Initially, however, color is only YCbCr420 (Chroma 4:2:0). That setting is fine for most viewing, but this is a quantum-dot TV. You bought it for how much color it can produce. To fix this, be sure to use a quality HDMI cable, then navigate in the settings to General, External Device Manager, and switch on "Input Signal Plus " for you whatever source you chose on your TV. This will allow you to set the color space to YCbCr444 (Chroma 4:4:4) at 4K 60fps in your NVIDIA or AMD graphics settings, so the full 0-255 color range will be available. As I won't primarily be using this for content consumption, I don't really care, but turning on HDR in Windows made everything sort of grey, so I switched it back off. Honestly, colors are brilliant without it, so whatever. As I will be primarily using this to read webpages and write, having a uniform backlight was important to me, and this has it. There is a small amount of darkening noticable at the very bottom corners of my screen, but it's unnoticable where I look 99.5% of the time. If you don't have your Windows Task Bar set to "automatically hide" like I do, you likely won't even be able to notice. As a student, I got this monitor with a $100 off student discount deal. $399 is still expensive for a 32" TV, but its a bargain when you consider the contrast ratio, excellent grey uniformity, sharpness, pixel density and built-in speakers. It even has VESA mounting holes if the included feet don't do it for you. Included is an up-close photo of some typing to give you an idea of how clearly each pixel shows. Phone cameras can't very well handle solid white from a screen so that part is wholly inaccurate (it looks to the eye to be solid, smooth, clear white), but the stark contrast between the dark text and the rest of the page is true to life. Sound can be adjusted with the built in equalizer and is adequate for casual use (online school in my case), though lacking in highs and too boomy in the "lows" (what little of them these small speakers can produce that is). CONCLUSION: If what you need is a reading/writing/general use screen, this is excellent. Stop looking. Thank you. You're welcome.

Good quality TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this tv for our RV. The picture and sound quality are superior for this small size tv. I am not really liking the remote control as it’s a bit annoying when used to browse internet.

Small package but big picture!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a smaller size, this tv packs a lot of detail in its screen. A bit spendy but needed it to fit in a specific kitchen cabinet over the refrigerator... it fits it perfectly!

Best 32” tv, fits under kitchen cabinet w/easy mod
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I wanted this for my kitchen, but with its legs it was 1/2” too tall. Well, I got an adjustable VESA stand (not mount) and I was able to lower the tv 1”. Fits perfect. Sound is very good for a tv this thin. Picture is excellent for a 32” tv, this is definitely best is it’s class, but then again, there are no other 32” UHD TVs out there. I say picture quality is 95% of my 8000 series, but the 32 is not as reflective as the 65, so is perfect for light rooms, like the kitchen. Apple TV is built in and it works great. No cable box or even a coax cable? No problem, tv comes ready to access tons of channels over the internet (Samsung Plus TV, is like Pluto)

Great small Tv
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking for a small 4K smart TV for the bathroom. It’s crazy that bigger TV’s are cheaper. This was perfect as we have spectrum cable and the Samsung smart platform carries spectrum. No extra wires.

Great, for me!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this as replacement for an older, 27-inch, 1080 computer monitor. I am considered a monocular person and do have some pretty serious challenges w/my vision. This Samsung does very well, for me as a monitor. Obviously, I use it for streaming as a T. V. Beautiful color/picture. Setup was easy as I've dealt w/Samsung previously. I have no issues w/viewing angles, etc. The 4K is stunning! Included picture which may not display this well.

Q: QuestionInstead of the 2 legs 25 inches apart, is there a center stand which can be used on a smaller table?
Asked by Chuck.
- A:Answer You absolutely can. There is a stand that mounts to the rear of the television using the same VESA holes on the rear of the tv same as the wall mounts use. But instead of mounting on the wall it has a center base stand that allows you to use the tv on a stand. I wish the television came with a center stand but they dont. You have to spend money which is the whole purpose of this new design. In my humble opinion.

Q: QuestionThis tv is advertised to have 120 motion rate ( 120 refresh rate ) I cant get it any higher than 60 hertz , I use it as tv / computer monitor . Is there something i am missing ? I could have bought a tv for half the price of this one with 60 hertz .
Asked by Samsung.
- A:Answer Refresh rate is half of what the motion rate is, so 120 motion rate = 60 refresh rate.

Q: QuestionCan I watch cable tv on this tv as well as the wi if services? I’m slowly decreasing my need for cable but not quite ready to cut the cord......
Asked by NewToSmartTVs.
- A:Answer Yes, you can do both on this TV. Presently I am hooked up to my cable provider. When you turn on the tv across the bottom of the screen shows all the different choices of streaming from my wifi connection. Hope this helps you in making your choice of TV's.

Q: QuestionCan you connect a DVR and stereo speakers to this TV?
Asked by KathR.
- A:Answer There is a "digital audio output (optical)" connector on the back of the tv, above the HDMI connectors. I connect this audio output to my soundbar - works great! Analog outputs (RCA -type connectors) are also available on the back, but I have not used/tested them myself.
