Q: How far apart are the legs on the stand. Would it fit on my 58 inch tv stand?
A: The legs on the 82 inch Samsung q60r are 61 inches apart, and they are the nicer metal legs found on the q70 model. (but only the 82 inch model has them, the smaller sizes use a cheaper plastic leg)
A: The distance between the legs is approximately 48".
Q: Do you still get an exceptional picture if you're aren't paying for 4K service?
A: Yes. It upscales 720 and 1080p inputs to near 4K quality. My SD and HD programs have never looked so good.
Q: Where on this tv are the mounting holes? Are they center, a little lower, higher?
A: These holes are not centered from top to bottom. The holes are located more toward the top of the tv. When mounted the tv will be lower than center.

Q: Will Samsung 82 inch LED Q60 Series 2160p Smart 4K UHD with HDR fit on a 70 inch long Tv stand.
A: Probably won't fit our stand is 85 inches and is almost too small. Love the TV tho!

A: Yes it does

A: Yes I currently have this TV on a wall mount and it seems secure.
