Money well spent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am so happy with my little dishwasher. In spite of having a really tiny kitchen I still generate a good amount of dishes to wash. Well, no more sink full of dishes! The dishwasher will take the cascade platinum packs, just put it on either of the 2 longest settings. If you want to save on detergent, get the bottled cascade, but I love how clean the packs make my dishes. The gel packs keep the washer clean too. Both the cord and the sink hose are included and are about 5 feet long. I found a metal kitchen shelf rack and simply put the dishwasher in top of the rack to keep my only countertop space free. Super easy to install, super easy to use. The washer has a water heater and uses less than 4 liters of water. Average wash takes 110 minutes. The dishes come out sparkling. Yes it's small, but thats why i ordered it. Great for a single person or couple. Just plan accordingly when placing your items. The utensil rack comes out so that you can wash your pots and pans. I put a whole set of 2 pots and 2 pans (no lids) in the washer. No more greasy residue. You should not put the square hard tablets in the dispenser, but my washer came with a little tablet basket to hang on the rack. And it has a jetdry dispenser. No leaks and hose goes on and off in a snap. Another bonus is that it's SUPER QUIET. My ceiling fan is louder than this dishwasher. Highly recommend for small apartments! The photo shows my 6qt pressure cooker pot.

Great product & cleans like the large machines
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm so glad I bought this! I live in a condo with a small kitchen and am unable to renovate it to accommodate a regular sized machine. I've used it every day since it arrived. It comes in a huge box that weighs about 15 lbs more than actual machine. Once you set up the machine on a counter, the install could not be easier. I've tried all cycles and have found the plate scrubber cycle not as consistent as the others. Seems it's only good for plates that are basically already clean when you load it - not to mention it runs for 110 minutes. I found the pot scrubber cycle much better for mixed load. I've put plates, pot, cups, silverware and plastic bowls in and they all come clean perfectly - at 75 minutes. My two reasons for not giving it 5 stars is because it takes up a significant amount of counter space (22" wide & deep, 17" tall) and the cycle described above.

It gets the job done
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The dishwasher does a good job washing the dishes that I place into it. My only gripe with it is that my good ceramic plates are too wide to fit into the dishwasher vertically standing up. I have to lay the plates at an angle which reduces the amount of dishes I am able to place into the washer.

good product/pricepoint
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was easy to set up. Works really well. Looks nice. My only issue is what other people have mentioned which is that a full size plate doesn't fit perfectly. You can't put one in each slot and expect it to close. I've found that doing every other slot and having them at a slight angle works just fine. Overall, good product.

This is an excellent purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this dishwasher for about six months, and I haven't had any problems or complaints about it. I works to wash normal sized dishes, cups, bowls, pots, and pans. It's easy to setup, easy to use, and easy to disconnect. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for something space saving that also works very well.

Great Dishwasher!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For what I needed, this does the job. I am not ready to remodel my home and didn't want my cabinets cut up to put in a regular dishwasher. I found this online and did my own research before settling on this one. Its quiet, does a wonderful job and makes my nights easier.

Cleans nice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a nice little dishwasher and it cleans well HOWEVER, the soap dispenser door broke after like 4 washings (10 days). I called the store and they were most unhelpful - turns out I would need to pack it up, bring it back to the store - and have a new one sent out because it is a counter top item..... So NOT easy to do - I am older and no way - I'd have to get my son to help. Did not even get an I'm sorry you are having a problem. We called the manufacturer and had a completely different experience. they are sending out a new piece and yes, my son will still need to help but they were friendly and helpful. Recommend the dishwasher - not the store I got it from.

Great dishwasher to be a portable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this dishwasher. It's cleaned 100% every time I've used it. It gets used about every other day or so and always works great. It's so easy to use. The reason I rate it only 4 stars is because it doesn't dry the dishes fully but that's not a huge deal to me as long as it gets them clean.

Q: QuestionIs this unit easy to store... for example, would it fit nicely underneath a counter, or is it too heavy to move back and forth...
Asked by frank.
- A:Answer Honestly the unit is rather large. It does take up a lot of counter space. I'm not sure it's something you would want to move every time you were going to use it.
Answered by Connie
Q: QuestionI can't seem to locate the dimensions of the unit, I realize it is 22" wide, what is the height and dimension? Anxiously waiting, also do you ship to Canada
Asked by Frankie.
- A:Answer Width = 22 inches Height = 17 inches Length = 20 inches

Q: QuestionHow many dishes can it wash max? Can it wash small pots?
Asked by momof4.
- A:Answer I can usually wash 6-8 dinner plates, 5-6 salad plates, 6 glasses or mugs, 2 medium or small pots, full silverware basket and maybe 3-5 bowls, depending on size. I'm a single mom with one child and can mostly fill the machine every night. One thing to note is that my large dinner plates (like charger size - 10-12" diameter) do not fit in machine because of height. I can however, fit my stock pot into it.

Q: QuestionCan I plug the tabletop portable dishwasher into a standard 110 plug in? Or does it have to be a 220 plug in.?
Asked by Pigeon.
- A:Answer Regular 110 plug. It goes on the counter, near the sink since the hoses aren't too long, and plugged it in to a regular plug on the wall.
Answered by DarleneS
Q: QuestionI noted that this countertop dishwasher does not come with a power cord. What specific power cord do we need to purchase for this and where can it be purchased?
Asked by Fernando.
- A:Answer Mine came with cord and hoses
Answered by Ralphie
Q: Question1. How long is the hose to hook up to the sink? (i.e., how far away from the sink can it be) 2. Is it on wheels?
Asked by LadyEowyn.
- A:Answer The hoses are about 2.5 feet long. It doesn't come on wheels but that would be a nice feature because it weighs 40+ lbs. it's not easy to move but I suppose you can put it on a cart.
Answered by Jkkvp
Q: Questiondoes it wash glasses and silverware
Asked by tristan.
- A:Answer Yes. It's like a mini version of regular dishwasher. I can wash about 6 mugs or cups and silverware from dinner & breakfast. I'm in a house of 2, for reference
