ESSENTIAL in the title says it all................
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Friends, for the uninitiated or longstanding fans such as I, this is a very fitting testimonial to one of the greatest country singers EVER. Though just a great overview of Gary's work, the power and emotion he displayed is the real thing. In a world where the likes of Lady Antabellum, Little Big Town , Luke Bryan ,etc (nauseated yet?) are considered country, this will light the way. Stewart sang to and for the majority of us who see the glass as not as half full or half empty, but having potential to be in either position at any moment. Though the majority of his biggest hits were from a bygone era, the staying power and relevance remain timeless. A super talent who left us way too soon....RIP my brother.
