I am a huge fan of Lady Gaga, and this DVD is going to blow your mind! Not a complete concert. Lots of weirdness happening. They shouldve stick to just singing and hving fun. The title says it all.

Loved the great music and live performance aspects of the show!

In the opening of this bluray you follow Gaga into a manhattan store as she picks up a cup of coffee. Shes dressed in a leather studded jacket, spiky sky high heels and behind a pair of Chanel shades holds a star. I use the word star not only in reference to a music star, but a shining beacon of hope in a cruel world. Hope that equality and a world without prejudice can one day exist in our lifetime. Gaga owns the stage with her style and music, but also with her inspiring words to the crowd making you feel like you really can be whatever and whoever you want to be. One of my favorite parts of this Bluray is the behind the scenes when shes speaking to two fans as she signs their shirts. So behind the chanel, the spikes and studded leather there is a girl that speaks the truth and makes you walk away believing that you were truly born this way.

I saw this show live when Lady Gaga came to Milwaukee and it blew my mind. I was so excited for the DVD of the tour so I could remember this show forever. I recommend this for anyone who would love to relive this show and for those who couldn't make it to the tour. It's just great!

This is the show of all shows for 2011. I've seen this show on HBO and have been waiting somewhat impatiently for this to come out on DVD. The day is finally here. Little Monsters.. YOU NEED THIS DVD. One heck of a show and awesome human being.

Picture quality is simply stunning! Audio is wonderful as well. Highly recommend getting the Bkuray over the DVD if you can. Being a Little Monster Obie anything gaga makes, but I absolutely love this. The concerts production is great. Not too flashy and with Gaga's amazing live vocals it adds up to perfection

Okay, so I saw this show live and I came away with the same thought: Great performance but the production value could be improved. This bluray looks and sounds very good, but the way it was filmed does not do anything to bring drama and excitement to the show. A good example for comparison would be the Madonna bluray. It's explosively dynamic and explosively visual! The audio on Monster Ball is clear but seems to be missing oomph. I was disappointed with the start of the show. No buildup whatsoever! How am I supposed to get goosebumps again with a beginning like that?! No worries. If you are a Gaga fan you will enjoy this concert. I read another reviewer who said do not to buy this bluray. Give Gaga a break. It's her first major tour. I'm not sure why we ended up with an HBO production. Surely her label can afford to pour some real money into filming her show properly. Hopefully her next tour will get the extra special treatment Gaga deserves when it's produced for bluray.
