A: I have same phone, you probably have apps that run in background which eats battery. Try going into settings> apps & notification > app info and force stop apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat and Google apps. They run consistently.
Q: Can I use this phone as a temporary replacement for a phone on contract with ATT?
A: Yes. You can use any prepaid phone with ATT. Just put your SIM card in and it will work.
Q: Can I use this phone with my existing contract which doesn't include data?
A: You can transfer your existing AT&T plan, without upgrading the plan or making changes. I would strongly recommend you check with AT&T Customer Support or your local AT&T retail store to confirm.
A: You can. That's exactly how we use it.
A: I currently use ATT prepaid, and if you don’t want to use the refill cards, then you can create an online account at ATT and have the amount automatically deducted from your credit or debit account if that’s better for you. Some plans also qualify for a discount when you sign up for autopay.
Q: How do I view photos? How do I save or delete photos?
A: I use the App that comes with it, not sure what its called (gallery?), but it's the one with the stylized white mountain and pink background. Pretty straightforward. Choose your album, choose your photo to view and there is a trash can symbol to delete that picture at the bottom right. If you want to delete multiples, you go back to your album, press the trash can at the top and you can check the ones you want deleted as a batch.
Q: Will a case for a Phoenix 3 case fit the Phoenix 4 phone?.
A: Yes, but you have to enlarge holes of the case for the head phone jack and charging port.
Q: I don't seem to be able to send text messages how do I do it?
A: Select from contacts then select phone or text.
