A: I'm guessing by "Tower Box" your meaning a High End Gaming PC and yes you will need a very powerful PC to run this monitor at 240hz or even close to it fullest potential. The Lowest Video card I would recommend for this monitor is the RTX 2070 and if you can't manage that a GTX 1080. But the GPUs that will work well with this monitor are the GTX 1080ti's , RTX 2080s and RTX , 2080tis. The and the 2070 isn't bad, just entry level for this monitor. I also wouldn't recommend anything lower than an Overclocked i7 6700k / 7700k on the CPU side, those will work great and the 8700k / 9700k will work slightly better but not by a whole lot maybe 6-10% better. You could get by with any of those CPUs if your one and I would recommend the 2700 or an overclocked 1700X with Fast Ddr4 paired to either of the AMD CPUs (3200mhz with low Cas Latency is were you want to be to get the most out of those CPUs, 3000mhz will also work.) Overall you'll just need one of the best gaming PCs available right now to use it to it's fullest potential.
