Our new membership tiers — My Best Buy™, My Best Buy Plus™ and My Best Buy Total™ — give customers the freedom to choose a membership that fits their needs, depending on their technology, budget and lifestyle.

How will this affect me as a Best Buy Totaltech™ member?

On June 27, 2023, Best Buy Totaltech™ became My Best Buy Total™. The included member benefits changed on June 27, 2023; however, former Best Buy Totaltech members will continue to receive the previous membership benefits until their renewal date that occurs after July 26, 2023. After the renewal, the previously included member benefits will change to the new set of included member benefits. If you haven't already, you will receive an email in the near future with more details about the updated membership benefits.

Do I need to do anything to transfer my Best Buy Totaltech™ membership to My Best Buy Total™?

No. You should have received an email the week of June 27 with more details about new membership options. On June 27, your Best Buy Totaltech™ membership became a My Best Buy Total™ membership, with all your Totaltech benefits remaining until your membership renewal.
