Great laser printer for business or home
||Posted .Works exceptionally well. Reasonably priced and worth my hard earned money. User friendly. Easy to set up. Economical for my business. Energy efficient. Fast response from computer to printer. Customer service support very helpful and efficient. I can print from anywhere via Brother's iPrint & Scan app, iCloud and other platforms. It's convenient. Prints double sided too! I tried a comparable Samsung printer and the Brother came out on top. I will by no other brand.

I purchased this in '15, still using same toner.
||Posted .Very efficient. I won't say you're going to have the same experience, but I'm still using the toner it came with. Five years later and still on the same one. Can you say that about your inkjets, at $40 per refill? Nope. Money saved.

Excellent Printer Wrong Color
||Posted .Everything about this printer is exactly what i need! It is a great printer for the value! Fast, Quiet, and efficient! Only thing is the pictures and heading suggest the printer is completely black, the majority of the printer is actually entirely gray and only the very top panel is black, even the top tray is gray.

The Best Laser Printer For The Money
||Posted .I'm biased since I only use Brother printer at work and at home. The cartridges are readily available and the printers are fast and reliable. I got the Brother HL-L2380DW and leave it plug in since it awakes from sleep mode without having to turn it on.

Better than the rest of the cheap ones!
||Posted .Compared to Brother, HP and other printers like HP were asking around $99-$119. I decided to go Brother & not go with a HP because my last model was dookie. This model was asking $134 I believe? Great printer for the cost. Prints super fast, easy install and setup. Controls are nice.

- A:Answer The standard yield cartridge will print about 1200 pages for around $30. The high yield cartridge prints about 2600 pages for around $50.

- A:Answer It has a tray that you put paper in, rather than a feeder that you put paper on, and the tray has adjustable side and end stops for up to legal size and down to 4x6 inches.

Q: QuestionWhy is my printer so slow...I bought this printer a few weeks ago and it prints so so slow. it is taking forever to get started printing a document! I just printed 4 document from different word docs and it took the printer one full minute to print 9 pages! what is going on here ... can anyone help, I'm planning to just return it.

- A:Answer Your computer needs to format each print job using the installed print driver. This can take time depending on the amount of graphics and type of document you are printing. The printer should print fast once it receives all of the information needed to print each page. Did you compare this to other printers on the same computer? Are you using wireless? Wireless connections can be slow or can be disrupted by things such as microwave ovens operating nearby.

Q: QuestionCan it also print one side of the page only?The typescripts I print are one side per page, not two sides per page.

- A:Answer Of course you can print one-sided. The duplex feature is available, but by default pages print on one side only. You have to deliberately select two sided printing in the print properties if that is what you want.

- A:Answer I really like this printer, purchased a few months ago. It measures approximately 13" square and stands approximately 7" high, a very compact footprint. It's quiet and 'sleeps' until printing is requested. No need to fuss with an on/off switch. Print quality is very good, especially for such a bargain price.
